Columbus library to issue cards for kids that won't rack up late fees
Kids will soon have their own special library cards, incapable of incurring fines and of little use to their parents, under a plan approved by the Columbus Metropolitan Library yesterday.

Another card which subverts lessons in having to be responsible. Hey maybe the groid kids who get them will riot and shoot each other when the cards don't work for Skittles and oinje drank.

I suggest beating them instead of charging them late fees.
I would be happy to swing by a library and cane those kids.
