Obama dares Ohio State graduates 'to be better'

May 5, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: ClickOnDetroit

President Obama told graduates Sunday that "the institutions that give structure to our society have at times betrayed your trust" but called on young people to take a more active role in the political process as part of the solution.

I remember when fuxxie and its silly pundits had the whole 2012 election all wrong. Were they liars, frauds or cheats?

Or were they trying to "brainwash" you "liars, frauds and cheats"?

Media Matters has completely destroyed your brain. After going down the road to hell in Benghazi, Obama shouldn't be giving anyone any advise. He should be on his knees begging the families of the dead for forgiveness. And you should be right there with him.

<quoted text>I know real information won't phase you, but for any eavesdroppers, gasoline prices were lower under Bush because we were in a near-depression. In Bush's last year in office, gasoline prices had gone up to $4.25 a gallon.
Once again Cabbage-brain, when Bush left office, unemployment was at 7.8%. Ask someone to re-read this sentence to you until you can process it.
The U-6 unemployment rate was 13.6% when Bush left office, now it is 13.9%.

The median household income (adjusted for inflation) was $52,546 when Bush left office. In 2011 it was $50,084. Incomes dropped more during the "recovery" than they did during the "recession"!

The workforce participation rate was 65.8% when Bush left office. Now it is 63.3%.(that means job creation isn't even keeping up with population growth).

The percentage of part time workers, which had been hovering at around 16.5% since the Clinton era, jumped to the 19.5% range under Obama.

I think it's hilarious you think as soon as a president takes over, all of a sudden, its his economy. As if the previous president has NOTHING to with anything, as soon as theirs a new president.

so in your opinion, when is the economy Obama's?

you gave the first 4 years of Bush credit to Clinton's policies, so by using that thought process the entire economy is all Obama.

The Indians didn't invite imperialists (not we, because you were not there) to come into their land and create anything. Their culture, religious beliefs and practices and in many cases their lives were stolen from them.
Most of the land was sold, recall the common urban legend that Manhattan was sold for 24 dollars (Actual inflation adjusted value of the goods traded is in the thousands of dollars).

They also had no border control, fitting lesson for us.

The libs forget that it wasn't until obama was elected the first time, the economy began to tank and it hasn't recovered since. The media campaigned and manipulated the voters in such a way--the beast was elected again--not to mention all voter fraud that came into play.

Hi- fing- larious!
In this particular case the economy began to falter simply at the news oscumma was elected. Commerce was well aware of his extreme anti business /socialist ideas. The scum moved fast and spent more money in less than four years than any two term president in the history of the United States! He has created an anti growth environment and artificially propping us up for a huge fall.....just in time to blame the next president....which will probably not be democrat. Or maybe when we make the final crash, it won't matter who is in office. We will become a nation at war with each other. Those who have will have to physically fight off the takers once govt quits with the hand outs. There will be no time for Topix.

Only a freeloading lib would think such a preposterous thing. This administration has created the most anti business and literally dangerous conditions for capitalism and freedom in decades. The housing problems today were caused by govt interference from the Clinton administration. This liar and cheat who currently sits in the Oval is nothing more than a racist idiot that hates America so much, he intends to destroy it. Russian leadership will be happy to assist. The vast majority of sheeple need the govt. and can't imagine life without handouts. Indiv. wealth has plummetted. The middle class is vanishing. The liberal elite is more powerful than ever.

oscumma is destroying the foundation of this country which is the middle class. It is the small business owners that employ the most people. It is a class of people who pay the most taxes and get the least in return. Innovators, artists, leaders, teachers, volunteers, soldiers, police, firefighters, construction workers, business owners, engineers, doctors, nurses, farmers, writers, coaches, ministers, barbers, beauticians, designers, tailors, chefs, secretaries, mechanics, plumbers, electricians, factory workers, bakers, butchers and many more....all come from the middle class. THEY are what made America great. They are slipping into poverty because of hostile liberal policies.

Now, I was always taught that the US Congress was an equal partner with the executive branch, BOTH being 1/3 of the federal government.

So, if Bush was the Captain of the Costa Concordia, then Harry Reid, would be the 1st MATE, with deference to being Senator Majority leader, and Pelosi, Obama and McCain being Officers on board the ship of state. Paul Ryan, as a member of the House Minority Party, could be considered a Bosun.

Hmmm maybe they should have take. A page from today's republicans and just disagreed with EVERYTHING bush did, eh?

Oh and maybe you should look up what congress told Bush when he asked to go to war, leading to the explosion of our national surplus...

Just a little research for ya...
