The Obama administration has insisted from the start that there was no help available for the Americans under assault in Benghazi on September 11. The first in three exclusive reports alleging that that claim is false aired on tonight’s Special Report.

Because the special operator in the video above is fearful of reprisal, his identity was concealed. The man, who watched the events unfold and has debriefed those who were part of the response, told Fox News’ Adam Housley that the C110 special forces group “was doing a training exercise not in the region of Northern Africa but in Europe. And they had the ability to react and respond.”

The operator believes that the force would have been able to be travel from Croatia to Benghazi within four hours – in time for the second attack.

He says that many connected to Benghazi are afraid to talk.“The problem is you’ve got guys … in the special operations community who are still active and still involved. And they would be decapitated if they came forward with information that could affect high-level commanders.”

Find a credible news source and I'll pay attention. Faux News is the right wing, GOP, RNC mouthpiece and nothing they say or report has credibility.

You keep harping on Benghazi...compare that to the Marine barracks bombing in Beirut in 1983. Not even close. Reagan effed up huge and then cut and ran. I was left servicing the fleet who was left to bomb the hillsides. There were 18 of us ready to take out the idiots, Reagan called us off.

It's the mouthpiece of Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, and gun banner Rupert Murdoch, a donor of Hillary Clinton who like you voted Obama in 2008.

Wow, you are a troll of mass proportion. Prince Alwaleed didn't vote in U.S. elections.

You just hate that not only does your side not take your side, but they'll be losing for decades due to their Warren Harding/Calvin Coolidge/Herbert Hoover policies. With Republicans in full control, it always turns out the same. You people are insane. You think it will work but it never does.

Credible like MSNBC? Who else will report it.

Kos, you're not fooling anyone. So you alone were left 'servicing the troops?' Wow, well the four dead in Benghazi and the injured don't really count do they?

You want to talk about allowing our troops to be murdered, look to Clinton, the bombing of the Cole and the embassies and the nightclub.

I'm not arguing with you. The facts on this will come out. It's not passed the 'smell test' since 9-11-12 and you're a desperate, floundering man. Good luck with that.

Mr Coolidge presided over a large period of economic growth.

I fail to see how the left-wing Keynesian policies, used in Europe for decades, will result in anything but systemic collapse.

When the GOP had total control of California, it was actually a quite nice place.

Where you find all D governance, you find failure.

No government in the world has put a "libertarian" or libertarian system in place, because it's unfeasible.

Your closest international equivalent is the German FDP, now polling at 4%.

Liar lady, there was a team of us ready to stike back against the Beirut terrorists. We knew where they were based. Reagan called it off and called for an immediate withdrawl. Look it up, it's fact.

I ended up on the U.S.S. Independance, then on the Iowa, then on the New Jersey, we weren't permitted to hit land. That was Ronnie the Coward's call.

He then cut and run from Beirut.

Benghazi is a world of difference...the Republican House refused to increase money or security for the outposts.

I know you want to believe the worst but based on your accuracy, this is another loser subject for you.

For every strike you blame on a Democrat, I can trace it back to a Republican. The Cole, for example, as well as 9/11, when George H.W. Bush entered into the first Gulf War, he established a few bases in Saudi Arabia, bad call. The Prince Sultan Air Base was the major qualm of Osama Bin Laden, the reason behind the attack on the Cole and partially for 9/11. In 1983 the little shrub quietly closed that base. Without an admission that was the major qualm.

riiighhht...under Coolidge wages declined and unions were nearly decimated, so in your mind, feeding the rich happened, how'd that work out for the nation?

Kind of like the little shrub.

If Romney got elected, he'd be the modern day Hoover. Are you too dense to put 2 and 2 together?

No government will either install a transaction tax to replace all others. Not because it will fail but because those they bow to will have to pay something and that is verboten.

But, as much as a Libertarian society has never arose (execept for the u.s. during most of the 19th century) no pseudo conservative party has ever succeeded. You are on the side of historical losers. I'm on the side of something that once kind of worked, except for government interference.

Your plan is a loser, a few depressions and a century of panics are all you can lean on.

Yet you still try to sell that pile of dung.

Really? How was USS Independence on station in the Med on October 23 (the barracks bombing) ans be at Grenada October 25?

On 25 October 1983, aircraft from Independence's embarked air wing flew missions in support of Operation Urgent Fury, the action to liberate the Caribbean nation of Grenada. Returning to Lebanon that same year, the ship's air wing conducted air strikes against Syrian positions.

Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia was in full operation during the first Gulf War which occurred in Jan/Feb 1991. You say it was the reason behind the Cole attack which occurred in 2000 as well as the 9/11 attacks which occurred in 2001. Then you say the base was quietly closed in 1983 which is 17 & 18 years before the Cole & 9/11 attacks.

Sleep tight America. Kozmik has your back.

The US was still around Lebanon for a few months afterwards.

The New Jersey did fire on some positions.
