I don't think anyone would know what they would do if they were in this position and had no quality of life, and in pain daily.

The patient, at topic, is now in remission.

As the executive director of the NM Council of Bishops said:

"As long as there is a chance for human error, we can't have that. You can never reverse the decision you've made. It's the finality of it...."

For whom?
The patient?.....For not wanting to live in escrusiating pain and wants quality of life?
The doctor?....... For writing the RX for the patient to deem when to use it?
The judge?.........For allowing assistance in death when it's the wish of the patient?
Ethics?

None of those.

I'm asking if Tippy shares as much concern about human errors in criminal cases where the convicted defendant is sentenced to death.
