talk about egg on face, the sequester was written by Obama to force Republicans.
who is crying loudest?
I didn't realize that the deal that created the sequester didn't pass congress.

First Amendment right to parody
I never can understand how folks can continue to think that the first amendment requires a platform be provided for their speech. While a right to speech unhindered by the government often includes parody, I fail to see how the failure of this website to continue to offer you a platform to express that is a constitutional issue.

Could you talk a bit more about what you feel your first amendment rights encompass?

You're much better than me at ciphering out gibberish! If you ever need the work, you might want to look into post translation editing. It rarely looks as bad as dear old Spook's 4th grade scrawls, it can often seem like piecing together sense from word salads!

Topix wasn't concerned with me parodying the reporter, it was the owner of the station.

They were the ones that threatened lawsuits.

And can you expand on how you feel this violated your constitutional rights?

Unlike in the UK, the rich and famous don't get special protection under the libel laws.

The reporter was a public figure, not a private citizen. Public figure goes beyond politicians according to case law.

When the station owners threatened a lawsuit, on grounds they knew they could not win, but knew that my resources were not sufficient to outlast a lawsuit.

Because I don't want to be paying your brethren. I had the old ID deleted, and the owners were satisfied.

It doesn't make it any more legal, but I'm not rich enough to go to the matresses over this.

Not interested in fighting it, I will be operating as an "import-export" business in Canada when the fighting is going on.

The rights gonna have to learn to be more careful about the rumors they circulate. They've ended up with egg on their faces a couple of times recently when the didn't realize that publications like The Onion are satirical.
You mean like the satirical article about Kasich which quoted him as saying he would deny prostheses for those who lost limbs in the war? Those kinds of righties? Most people know better than to forward me chain emails, but that one got forwarded to me for a reason and it really did look legit. Kudos to the graphic copycat, but how disgusting to go after those who lost limbs in combat.

You are just mad because it wasn't the other way around, our resources were not sufficient to outlast a countersuit from you.

You'll love paying Canadian taxes.

You are not the actual reporter, "LOL", I know your profile.

"import-export" is a veild reference to "import (weapons)-export (drugs)" with a front as a "food distributor"

I plan on supporting the revolution this way

"illegal income" may have to be reported to the government, but admitting the income means admitting a crime.

And if you were thinking about informing the Ontario Provincial Police about crimes that have not been committed or even to "conspiracy to committ", I remind you that this is not Minority Report and pre-crime does not exist.

The walls of your house are covered with newspaper articles and surveillance photos, aren't they?
