No, there was not. That's the point, einstein.
Those sorts of decisions are left up to loved ones thousands of times a day, every day, in hospitals all across the country.
Yet you presume, because viability was not mentioned in the story, that you know what the person testifying meant, when in reality...you don't.

That case involved a child whose condition was known through examination and medical history. That's a totally different scenario than an infant minutes old.
You're advocating infanticide.

You clearly have fun playing these little games don't you Paco?

Let's examine this real close, shall we?
Hugh Victor Thompson III wrote:
"If a baby is born on a table as a result of a botched abortion, what would Planned Parenthood want to have happen to that child that is struggling for life?”

"We believe that any decision that's made should be left up to the woman, her family, and the physician," said Planned Parenthood lobbyist Snow.

Rep. Daniel Davis then asked Snow, "What happens in a situation where a baby is alive, breathing on a table, moving. What do your physicians do at that point?”

"I do not have that information," Snow replied. "I am not a physician, I am not an abortion provider. So I do not have that information.”

Rep. Jose Oliva followed up, asking the Planned Parenthood official, "You stated that a baby born alive on a table as a result of a botched abortion that that decision should be left to the doctor and the family. Is that what you’re saying?”
Again, Snow replied,“That decision should be between the patient and the health care provider.”
Show me exactly where in this exchange that Ms. Snow advocates in favor of infanticide.

There's not enough information provided by those posing the hypothetical scenario to Ms. Snow for her to answer in any other fashion that the manner in which she did.

Yet you claim as you always do, that you know more about the response she gave than what her words actually indicate. Try this for a change...read what she actually said, instead of interpreting it based upon your own slanted viewpoint.

The only relevant difference between the case of Aiden Stein and this hypothetical is that in the Stein case, there's more information available about the potential and circumstances of Aiden's life if he were to remain on life support.

Sadly, there are babies are born every day and immediately placed on life support, and parents, doctors, and courts make these same decisions regularly. I probably know a little bit more about this subject than you, having two kids who spent the first six months of their lives in the hospital. They weren't expected to survive.

You make assumptions that fit your view, even though there's nothing in the facts to support your assumptions. As always.

By the way Paco...those two kids of mine are now healthy, normal adults, with very few left over side effects from their premature births. That was over two decades ago. I still have vivid memories of the day we brought them home, six months to the day after they arrived.

Never saw a bill from the hospital, not one, We were told it was over $500,000.

You and your doctors didn't operate from the standpoint of wanting to dispose of your children in the first place. See the difference?

And if there were no chance that they would have been able to live valuable lives, we would have made the same difficult decision that many people make.

Once again, the hypo you cite does not provide enough information for the person posed the question to answer in any different manner than she did.

You can acknowledge that. It won't hurt.

a fantasy money tree paid your bill?

my 24 year old daughter was a 300K birth, and it took 10 years for me to pay off the debt the insurance did not cover.

wonder how that happened?

I had group health insurance for the family.

how proud you must feel mooching off the system.

Did you play your race card at the hospital too?

your reading comprehension skills are that of a 2nd grader.

had you been able to read, you would have noticed portion not covered by insurance.

PS: you keep believing your fantasy....look how well it carried you so far.

I sure do have a bunch of paid for stuff with no debt, and put 4 kids through college with no loans.
making 10K a year must be something you are used to. Sounds like property tax bill to me.

what is amusing is you and your ilk of tools think you have an upper hand, but are about to watch it cut off.

that is comedy and amusing.
