I'm assuming this was an e-mail message? Possibly Yahoo?
If you're getting this kind of spam in gmail, then I'd take some steps in extra filtering. One reason: Gmail should rarely if not ever get any spam, IMO.

For anyone who is having a problem with Yahoo spam or filtering: http://www.wikihow.com/Block-Spam-on-Yahoo !-Mail
In Step 5: Filter name & Match Case. Enter the name/words used in spam mail titles.
i.e. Sweepstakes, Free Credit Report, Savings, Reply, Hurry, etc.(all the lures to open).
