Hopefully with a RETHUGLICAN led committee we can finally see the (what we already knew) end to this so-called Benghazi business:

House Intelligence Committee: No administration wrongdoing in Benghazi
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/08/04/1318... #

This is going to be awfully inconvenient for Republicans who are putting most of their anti-Hillary eggs in the Benghazi basket: the House Intelligence Committee—the Republican Intelligence Committee—has completed its investigation and according to Rep. Mike Thompson of St. Helena, the second-ranking Democrat on the committee, has concluded there was no wrongdoing by the administration. The committee voted to declassify the report last Thursday, pending approval by intelligence agencies.
Among the Intelligence Committee's findings, according to Thompson:
-- Intelligence agencies were "warned about an increased threat environment, but did not have specific tactical warning of an attack before it happened."

-- "A mixed group of individuals, including those associated with al Qaeda,(Moammar) Khadafy loyalists and other Libyan militias, participated in the attack."

-- "There was no 'stand-down order' given to American personnel attempting to offer assistance that evening, no illegal activity or illegal arms transfers occurring by U.S. personnel in Benghazi, and no American was left behind."

-- The administration's process for developing "talking points" was "flawed, but the talking points reflected the conflicting intelligence assessments in the days immediately following the crisis."

However, the $3.3 million special committee created by House leadership is still proceeding with its first public hearing scheduled next month. The hearing, Rep. Trey Gowdy has said, will focus on "changes the State Department has made to better protect diplomats." Gowdy has also said that "the committee’s investigation would be an objective search for facts, not a partisan attempt to smear Democrats ahead of the 2014 mid-term elections and the 2016 presidential race." With the conclusions reached by his colleagues' investigation, there won't be much to find. With all this news, Darrell Issa must be gnashing his teeth and rending his garments.

Wherever it's from doesn't make it any less true. The facts of the story are not in dispute. The committee, Republican-led, is turnning the page on this "story".

The House Intel Committee and the Democrats might be ready to turn the page, but I think I'll wait until The Special House committee completes it's investigation and let Mr. Gowdy close the book on Benghazi, then maybe I'll believe it.

You might be right. We will see.

“I know I’m biased, but one of the good parts about running an investigation in a way that appears to be serious-minded is that witnesses who were previously unavailable or not interested in cooperating are now interested in cooperating,” Gowdy said.“The universe of witnesses is expanding.”

"So far, Democrats have complimented Gowdy for pledging not to use the panel to raise money and for disavowing the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Benghazi-related fundraising."

Benghazi is the perfect example of Obama's leadership that has the world in chaos.
While Russian has a real man as a leader we have an overrated community organizer who got his own ambassador killed due to his instinct to lead from behind and spread the blame to others just like his Kenyan father from the Lu Tribe who abandoned Obama's mother and was a weak man and an alcoholic who blamed Whites for his own weak and neurotic nature.
Putin laughs at our community organizer who leads from behind.
The whole world is laughing at our nation because of this community organizer from Chicago that leads from behind.

Obama is carrying out the neocon agenda. Just look at the list of countries in the axis's of evils. Of coarse he appoints many of the same Bush Bags to his cabinet. So much for that "change" he campaigned for. Congratulations on being just as bad as the numbsculls who voted for bush twice .

Mom always told me to never listen to anyone who cannot tell the difference between "coarse" and "course", cannot spell "skull" correctly, or cannot use the plural of the word "axis", especially if they demonstrate such poor grammar and spelling all in the same paragraph.
