Judge says Columbus schools didn't discriminate in firing architect

A federal judge has dismissed a $41 million discrimination lawsuit filed by a Reynoldsburg design firm against the Columbus school board.

"Tony Udeagbala, the architect for Machisa, charged in the lawsuit that the districtís facilities chief, Carole Olshavsky, did not like him because he is black. He also said that Columbus officials didnít pay him in a timely manner and made untimely changes to the project."
