I don't condemn Islam any more than I do Christianity. I condemn them equally for being false, for creation division and for spurring violence and hatred as is evident here on this thread. I have Christian friends, I have Muslim friends. I think they're both nuts to believe what they believe, but that's their right to believe however they want.
And then there are people like you who are CINOs.
Let me guess...your "Christian" friends believe in abortion and gay marriage, your Muslim friends don't, but you piss on folks like Tip.

Why haven't any of the legal beagles in D.C.-- and there are lots of 'em, including the President [cough, cough]-- acted swiftly to correct Ms. Napolitano's "acting stupidly"?

Coming from someone who doesn't know basic American history, that's really funny.

You also cannot follow your own logic. That means you and I are paying a poll tax for others. Sorry, still a fail.

The only idiot in this exchange is you, obviously.

Really? Where in this language is a political motive required? Read closely, and pay attention to the words and punctuation.

5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—

(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;

(B) appear to be intended—

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or

(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

The way the statute is written,(B)(i),(ii), and (iii) are independent bases of intent which may be used to classify the conduct as terrorism.

Read it.

And even if one were to mistakenly read them as not being independent of one another, there still would be no political motive required.

The language is quite clear.
