Cultures are based on racial history, actions and traditions within any group. Not genetics.

I don't know that the media portrayed Romney as a racist primarily.

But it doesn't take much to come up with disconnect between the GOP attempts to look diverse on stage and a pan of the crowd at their convention.

But--still not seeing all that the GOP has done in the name of combatting racism.

Mitt's candidacy got derailed by his own statements, and his inability to keep explain away all of the inconsistencies in the various versions of his positions on issues important to Americans.

That, and that unfortunate mishap with the hidden camera and Jimmy Carter's nephew.

McCain was highly electable in 2000, and in 2004 as Kerry's VP, but not in 2008

The majority of the voters hate us, I don't really care by now, it seems that a winning ticket has to piss on the base to win, and that's no longer worth it.

Facts are that I'm fairly certain that the left's policies will fail, and I have no sympathy for the suffering that will result.
