Let's see, it was retrofitted and reactivated in 82, notice there is nothing showing for 83. Where oh where could she be?

And you were wussing out where, exactly?

The closest you've ever been to battle was either the time you went to a civil war reenactment or playing with your little plastic soldiers.

what takes two full years to 'refit?'(I believe the term you meant was 'retrofitting'

Why would they reactivate a ship before it was finished?

Do you get all of your illogical thoughts from George and Wiki?

And of course our troops never set foot in Laos, Cambodia or Thailand either.

It's well known that B-52s were based in Thailand during Vietnam, among other aircraft.

You think a two year refit for a 40 year old antique which sat idle for decades is a lot of time? CVNs take three years or longer for SCHEDULED maintenance every 20 years.

Only active ships are retrofitted, hence it would have to be re-activated before it was retrofitted. And the Iowa was towed starting in September of 1982 to the Mississippi dock for said retrofit.

And if you really were in the military especially with a security clearance you would have the ability to keep.your dickskinners off the keyboard when certain things came to your minds forefront.

Speaking in generalities, most servicepeople I have encountered get over any racial animosity they come in with. Can't afford not to bond with the unit.
You forget that obama's rabid racism has ignited whatever racism had been extinguished. And now, seeing that that sh^stain is a filthy conniving grifting cheat is the best blackdom can offer up, then combine that with Detroit,Oakland, Camden, Philly, Birmingham being crashed by stupid corrupt lazy blacks, and let's add in flash mobs and wilding and people gottsta conclude 'these turds are subhuman and civilization collapses around them. Speaking in specifics, do'ntchaknow.

Post the source you read it from. All the yokels down your way believe every word Rand Paul spouts as though it was from Moses himself.
I've had no trouble buying ammo. Neither have my buddies. A great old friend who lives way west central Ohio has a license for a .50 cal full automatic and a month and a half ago we blew through a couple thousand rounds.
I've got a .45 and a .50 cal hand piece, I don't want to maim. Also have an M1 .30 cal rifle, a .303 and a Bushmaster. Every time we blow a few hundred rounds, replacing it is a piece of cake.
It wasn't Rand Paul, Einstein!

Wow, I have a double barrel BB gun and pellet rifle too. Who cares what kind of gun you have. Into yourself aren't you?

Now your next comment will be it came from Fox news. If it weren't for Fox, this and Benghazi would go unreported.

And just where was 'right here?' My guess it was taken in early to mid 1984 at AUTEC.

Again, shakedown cruise. Need for show of force in the Med. The New Jersey had been there pounding the hillsides for most of 83 and well into 84.

If you are George's wife, from what you tell me, I'm the biggest and best you've ever had. Oh, and George has an 'innie' that lasts a stroke and a half.
