Merely have to prove that they acted wantonly or willfully.
The rest falls into place. The recorded statements about dropping him off at Taco Bell because "someone will speak spanish there" would be quite helpful.

are you saying high school student don't take Spanish class? What about when a cop holds his fists in front of your face and says "see my fists, I'm about to f**k you up with them"?

And Duke, the two cops were acquitted of all charges and they refused to prosecute the third... but you're right, being dropped off at taco bell and saying someone there speaks Spanish is much worse. You should take my bet. Come on! Cyber shake?

That would only fly if they didn't do something they were absolutely required to do. You also have to show that they knew the consequence was a reasonably likely one.

Maybe a national investigation into how police totally ignore our rights is the better way to deal with these problem. http://www.google.com/url...
