LOL... Maybe someday you will "read" some of my posts before you continue to tell me who I am.......

I read your posts, call me what you will but you continue to post the same drivel. Sort of like the article you posted for George about potential voter fraud. Lots of noise and speculation but no facts. That's what you lack.

Continuing to support tax reduction policies without offsetting spending and in our case the need to raise more revenue as we've a couple of wars to pay for, you're on the wrong side of this issue.

George, you keep re-posting this blurb but you never tell the full story. Job creation under Bush, during both his terms was the lowest since Herbert Hoover. Obama has better job creation numbers than Bush had, so there is something awry in those figures you keep posting.
Then perhaps you'd like to address Obama's labor participation rate, the lowest in over 30 years.

Well, I've read the Valachi Papers and The Last Mafioso. They were in the suburbs in the 50's. They only dealt with others there who had a penchant for lawlessness and believe me, they were there.
According to my parents, they did indeed visit our town...usually the homes of judges and "businessmen." But suburbs like ours were absolutely off limits when it came to the "action."

George there were gamblers in your suburb. Who do you think ran those rackets? People got in gambling debt and then dealt with the shy-locker. Town lines and city limits meant nothing when it came to collect money or favors.

During prohibition, who was running the liquor to the drinkers in the suburbs? Irish, Jewish and Italian gangs.

Funny, you've been awfully peeved since I pointed out that you're not the conservative you claim to be and neither is George. I've never claimed such title, you thrust it on me when I pointed out your elementary math skills were lacking.

Like what subjects? Any of the amendments to the constitution?

Very pro-military and defense?

Believe that lower wage earners need to get some skin in the game as far as income taxes?

Just point out where my positions are that of a hard core leftie.

High stakes poker games between millionaires in a wealthy suburb is not my idea of the "gambling" you describe. Those still go on today, I imagine, but my town was hardly likely to have harbored a backroom table parlor or a speakeasy.

George, you know so very little about what happens in your own surroundings. People are corruptible and many accepted cash to look the other way.

There are some great books about the Mafia you should check out, it will blow your tight mind when you see how far their reach was up through the early 80's.

While the GOP is hardly a conservative organization, your vitriol directed at it is not that of a libertarian/"true conservative." It's the hate often seen from leftists everywhere.

K, I grew up in my hometown. I knew what went on and its history. I has an uncle who was an FBI agent who worked in the Boston and NY field offices. I saw the impact of the '70s and '80s mob firsthand in the areas they ran. On my 18th birthday, I bought my first legal six-pack of beer at the South Boston Liquor Mart on a dare. Why a dare if I was of legal age? Take a guess at who owned the Liquor Mart and often sat behind the counter.
Spare me your ideas of knowing what things were like where you didn't live. You very rarely hear me comment on the scene in Ohio before 1991 for that very reason.

Let's see K...LOL

Obama just made 83% of the "evil Bush" tax cuts permanent with no reduction in spending.

The tax increase is estimated to bring in 620 billion over a TEN year period.....
http://news.firedoglake.com/2013/01/07/corpor...

the deficit for the year 2012 alone is 1.1 Trillion
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/10/13/business/fe...

obama is seeking to take control of the debt limit and continue spending like a drunken sailor......

How is that working out for ya?

Hate is generally recognized by its own vocabulary and tone.
What your parents did to you is unknown to me, but the results are nothing to crow about.
