Well, that is a mistaken assumption. I've provided links in my post above to get you started, if you wish to learn why.

I have provided you an avenue to learn why you, and Mr. Bundy are wrong. The holding in Pollard doesn't mean what you think it means. Read it, and read the other case opinions I've provided you. You err in focusing upon one part of the Constitution while completely ignoring several others.

You can humble yourself and read, or continue shooting your barbs at a messenger.

Carry on.

I'm not quite sure what you think I am "spinning" by hooking up those who wish to read them with relevant judicial opinions.

I fully realize that you likely don't have the ability to read more than a sentence or two at a time, and that deficit causes you to have angry outbursts.

But I think Pizza Boy can at least give it a try, and maybe learn something in the process.

The lands Cliven Bundy claims as his own, to do with as he pleases, belong to all of us. That's a nice defense of imperialism.

But why should it only be done to rural whites?

I'm not sure why you think Mr Bundy and I have something in common.......
I believe I have made it quite clear that we don't.
Feel free to post a link to a post from me supporting him.......good luck.....

However regarding the constitution and states rights, you may continue to have your progressive liberal read on it. We will have to just agree to disagree.

The Enabling Act of Nevada says otherwise. Supreme Court opinions for most of the last 150 years have ruled against what we now call the "Sagebrush" claims

The public gets skittish when they hear of "mining the Grand Canyon" or "selling Yellowstone to China"

I'm really not sure why you have accused me of alleging that you associate with or ally yourself with Bundy. I have not.

If you read the Kleppe case, you might figure out why the Tenth Amendment by itself, doesn't get you where you wish to go, as far as what you see as a just and proper result.

Hint: Property Clause.

I can read and I don't just read the talking points of the American Communist Party like you.

You , che and the other trolls always post links only in support of oppressive government. No wonder you are just a janitor. Even a liberal Lawyer realizes that the Government is not always in the right all the time.

Of course you may have heard the phrase supreme law of the land..........

http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/artic...

ARTICLE VI

All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

Article 4 also contains the fugitive slave clause..........LOL

How is that workin' for ya?

however once again......

The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution's principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited to the States, are reserved to the States or the people.

Funny how people throw around the word "racist" so often. I don't really consider it much of an insult. I'm white, fyi. I believe in freedom for everyone regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, etc. It's wrong to advocate for the unfair treatment of any of the aforementioned groups. Live and let live. I'm a pretty typical libertarian. That being said, and being that I'm a middle class, educated, white westerner, if the fact that I avoid predominantly black parts of town (for safety's sake), would never travel to a predominantly black country or continent (for safety's sake), and feel uneasy when surrounded by a gaggle of black youth in public makes me a racist, well then I am. Proudly.

You may call it racist. I call it being informed, logical, and not naive.

I am not surprised that Baraq, Michelle Robinson Obamah and Marion Robinson are racist. Look how long their people have been in slavery since the first Dutch ship docked in America with the slaves until 2014. That's a long time for a people to be enslaved.
Don't you agree!
