I see the need to can the boards when the districts cheat but what about districts that don't reside on one municipality?
And in the case of Columbus city schools Mickey Coleman is as crooked as the school board and the school administration down to the teachers that looked the other way.

Cleveland was taken over by the Mayor years ago, not much improvement.

Only a state takeover would improve things, but the real problem is parental/paternal involvement.

I'm taking the opportunity here to remind people that when the parents' deficiencies excuse is seen or heard it must be countered with the fact that these filthy progressive goonion trash are the very ones that -ahem- "educated" these now deficient parents.

That is true, but progressives haven't been in total control of the city that long.

We are allies. My front assigns the most malevolent of intentions to my ideological enemies and I will never cede them any common ground nor accept any offer of compromise.. Children in schools today have parents who have been mal-educatated by the progressive vermin. They get no cover for their crimes by blaming it on parents whom their ilk dumbed down years back.

Not sure what you mean by "total control" of the city but they have had their way for quite some time. Maybe go back to Ozzie and Harriet days and James Rhodes & Co.
