I see very few bumper stickers at all this year for either candidate. But when I get outside of Philadelphia and into the outlying counties of Chester, Bucks, Lancaster, Delaware....all I see is Romeny/Ryan bumper stickers and signs on lawns, usually with an American flag nearby. And that's not considered western PA where most of the coal mining is done. Hmmm...

Tom Smith (former Dem who switched in 09) running for Senate is independently wealthy and is pouring cash into his senate bid. Romney and SuperPACs are doing little.

Smith moved up in the polls and has Casey Jr.(practically unbeatable as he is a pseudo-pro life and pseudo pro-gun Dhim with Daddy's name) below 50%

http://dailycaller.com/2012/09/26/pennsylvani...

I recommend against giving him money, mainly because we have a competitive race for Senate, and two House races up for grabs (Renacci, Johnson)

That said it is embarassing a Senate guy with no name recognition is carrying Romney in PA

Look at 2000 Senate

Look at 2010 Senate

SW PA is still dumb, but less dumb than before.

The real problem is Delaware County

In 2000 55% voted for Rick Santorum
In 2006 61% voted for Bumblin Bob Jr
In 2010 56% voted for Joe "oath breaker" Sestak

It is clear that gun control is unconstitutional, as an officer oaths do not expire, Sestak took that oath and in congress he supported gun bans.

NE PA (Scranton, Biden's hometown) is also worse

60% for the oath breaker

Union filth pervades the state, and Philly suburbs are part of the coastal elite corridor.
