Maher Calls Allen West an Ape; MSM and Black "Leaders" Silent

You need not use the left's absurdly low and usually ridiculous standards surrounding what is and isn't racism when it comes to Barack Obama to be taken aback by crybaby Bill Maher's blog post yesterday:

Maher then went on to single out black Republican Congressman Allen West as an example:

Allen West said that there are “78 to 81” Democrats in Congress who are members of the Communist Party. And not one Republican said,“Allen, come on. You’re making us look dumb.” Not one of the Republican candidates for president said anything. Because in today’s Republican Party, that’s not even edgy anymore. They probably saw him later on and were like,“Word, Allen. Word.” Because that’s how they think black people talk.

The left has no problem trashing conservative blacks.

No doubt the congressional black caucus, al sharpton and jessie jackson will come to Mr. West's defense.
sam donaldson will make a statement denouncing maher's racism and msnbc will thank him for it..........

I dislike Allen West for a multitude of reasons but Maher really pushed the envelope when he called West an ape. I went to high school with Allen Keyes who is also a consevative black republican at the present time. He was a nice kid back then, very intelligent I wonder what happened to him in the meantime to also axpouse these far right views, I disagree with im and West on policies and issues but to me name calling is idiotic and juvenile. If you dislike the guy don't vote for him, that is all you can do.
