If you don't want shot, don't aim point a gun at a cop.

I'm not a cop but if you point a gun at me I'll do my best to shot first.

First of all, learn to type and/or spell. Second, your statement has no merit. With a delusional theory like yours, I can imagine that you probably have no internal locus of control and hate all authority figures. You also probably can't hold a job and are paranoid of "big brother" watching over you. Am I right? If I am, you'll come back with a scathing reply to denounce all of it.

Okay well next time a gun is pointed at you don't bother calling the cops for help. They might shoot the criminal to protect you and we wouldn't want that to happen now would we.

If you raise a gun on a police officer, you better expect to be shot. I have no idea who officer Miller is but I would have done the same thing. Law enforcement can't wait until they are fired upon to control the situation. No matter what I think, a jury of citizens heard the case and made the decision.

I do know who frank miller is and he has quite a record of complaints against him for 'use of excessive force' as well as being moved around to different locations by the CPD. I know a Sgt. who wanted him out of his precinct. I agree with post above, it was only a matter of time until he killed someone. Whether the actions of the 'bad guy' were as reported, we will never know (although shooting a gun anywhere besides the safety of a gun range etc. is obviously unacceptable). However, I do know that miller has lied under oath before (and it was proven that he destroyed evidence). Do we know the bad guy pointed the gun at miller?... here is hoping there was an honest cop as a witness ... because miller is not one.

This should not have gone to a grand jury. The prosecutor looks at dozens of cases each day and decides which to take to a grand jury. A large part of that decision is whether he feels there is enough evidence to convict if it goes to trial. If not enough evidence, they won't take it to the grand jury.

In the case of law enforcement officers, he takes it there even thought he doesn't feel there was a crime. He does this for political reasons - to protect himself.

Your a dumb ass, you don't know Ofc. Miller. Your probably mad cause he lock your worthless ass up. Ofc. Miller saved my life back in June of 2005. If not for him my attacker would have surely killed me. Ofc. Miller put his life on the line and came to the rescue. To this day I owe him a debit of gratitude that can never be repayed. If there is any chance that he would read this I wish to say thank you again...As for you citizen go fuck yourself!!!

It's called the Blue Code Of Silence, cops cover up other cops sins. The FBI IS ALSO a cover up for police crimes...
