"Wallet Hub tabulated its results using three metrics: taxes paid as compared to federal spending per capita, what percentage of state revenue comes from federal dollars, and the number of federal employees per capita."

I guess you two mental giants have never considered the fact that military bases account for most of the numbers presented...red states of relatively low populations with large numbers of armed forces personnel and accompanying civilian DOD employees.

Try again, dummies.

You've been exposed again, chump...3.8% of the population of Alaska is employed by the US military. 1.3% in North Carolina. 1.1% in South Carolina. 1.1% in Georgia. 5.3% in Hawaii, a blue state.
On the flip side, Massachusetts:.002%. New York:.002%. Vermont:.001% Oregon:.001%. California:.005%

It's funny that you didn't include the qualifying sentence that appeared immediately following the one you quoted. Nor did you include this sentence, "States like Mississippi and Alabama, which are hugely dependent on federal tax dollars to help feed, clothe and shelter their citizens, are among those with the largest deficits, in terms of what they get in federal help versus what they give back in tax dollars."

addendum to your spin.

Alabama & Mississippi receive federal subsidy to care for the large African population.

Unemployment in these states by Africans is 80%.

without the government subsidy the weak poor Africans die of starvation because they can't feed themselves without someone cutting the food on their plate for them.

with all the hope and change in abundance, they still have nothing but excuses and blame.

--This title is a fraud, because most people on welfare in red states are minorities, especially blacks in the South. TANF Table 21 on the HHS website Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Percent Distribution of TANF recipients by Ethnicity/Race shows in nearly all southern red states blacks (voting 85-90% Democrat) make up 60-85% of welfare recipients. In Mississippi, in 2007-08, 87.1% of those on welfare were black. In Louisiana 78%, in Georgia 81.2%, in Arkansas 60.9%, in North Carolina 63.9%, in S. Carolina 71.7%, in Virginia 61.1%, in Tennessee 58.2%. On top of the racial basis for proof that it's mostly Democrats in those red states on welfare, the poor as a whole nationally voted about 3/4 Democrat in 2008. QED

here it comes..........the race card to spin away your posted facts.

just keep playing 4 of a kind fact....it beats race card 100% of the time.

PS: they will demand the the pot of money just because they sat at the table, and it is unfair you utilize fact to debunk spin and the ultimate play.....race card.

you cheated.

These states have less work and lower incomes. The above post is correct, the welfare rhetoric is only briefly mentioned in the article because it that has little to do with how someone votes. So sickening how race and political rhetoric have the left rejoicing about the death of the middle class.... http://m.youtube.com/watch...

anyone with an IQ over 25 knows you are a liberal.

who cares if you agree or not?

reality is without someone driving you to the poll to vote you can't find it.

take your ID this time or you will be turned away, and no free crack this time either.

I agree

There is no work because companies can't find workers able to fill positions so they left.

Most speek so poorly nobody understands them, and bathing is optional.

glad to clear up the confusion.
