It's needed! It's been 30 plus years since any major resurfacing. Especially major urban thorough ways. James rd. near the new VA clinic is horrible as well as Stelzer north of the VA.

With al of the tar babies & stains living in Columbus, there shouldn't be a problem finding a source for blacktop.
