It was only a matter of time. Unfortunately the Board is not as outraged by the conduct of CCS administrators as the public is. The Board has circled the wagons around corruption, rather than letting the truth come out so that the healing can begin. Do these people really expect the citizens to pass a levy with the current leadership in place?
