Stand your ground law in Ohio?

I don't like the fact reducing training hours! That's doesn't make sense,let alone the law itself.
Gives too much power to the crazies.

I like one aspect of it. The fact that the defendant doesn't have to prove his innocence. That's always been a bug in my crawl on self-defense cases.

No one should ever have to retreat when attacked, robbed, etc. I believe if we had more citizens shooting criminals crime would go down. Or at the very least jails would have fewer inmates and casket sales would increase.
