Weather Warfare: Beware the US Military’s Experiments with Climatic Warfare

Weather Warfare: Beware the US military’s experiments with climatic warfare
“HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction, capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems globally.”
“‘Climatic warfare’ potentially threatens the future of humanity, but has casually been excluded from the reports for which the IPCC received the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.”
Pdf version of article on Weather Warfare by Michel Chossudovsky, The Ecologist, December 2007 (pdf)
Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the world’s weather can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons. Both the US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.
Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. The technology, which is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), is an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative –‘Star Wars’. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.

So DID Obama actually lie, or is he withholding military secrets and using that info to get his clean air and tax the Corporations agenda passed? You be the judge of that after you understand what's been going on with are "strange" weather patterns!
Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report,‘offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary’, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes:‘Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies.’

You see the word "global".

I think you should get a dictionary, and use it.

If you would take the trouble to educate yourself, you would see that extreme weather of all sorts is part and parcel of the theory of Global Warming.
Extreme weather of all sorts is part and parcel of the history of this planet...from its beginning.

actually kiddy, they proved the earth is round... and guess what? All the so called "educated" people who said it was flat were dead wrong. Just like the scientists who said the ice caps would be gone by now... you seem to make statements that have nothing to do with anything at all... let alone the argument...

I hate to be the one to inform you of this but the folks who were claiming that the earth was flat weren't scientists.

read the post again, I never said they were. They were so called "educated" people who wouldn't listen to any other theory. http://www.universetoday.com/48753/flat-earth...
The debate went on for hundreds of years. Several pre-Socratic philosophers believed that the world was flat. I hate to inform you, these were supposedly the most "educated" people of that time. Thanks for the snarky ignorant reply though, SFB.

Back during the 40's when Hitler came into power his croanies brainwashed the youth into believing that the Earth was created by a huge ball of ice that crashed into the Sun,then the earth was created. They also had the youth believing that the Sun too was nothing more then a huge ball of ice!!....Sounds like the Democrat Party in their crazed theory of global warming just a mere seventy years later.I think thats where they got their scheme to fool us too....It's amazing how Socialist and Fascist seem to lie about everything to gain "POWER" and now they the Democrat Socialist Party has a lie much like HITLER did to fool the youth into their Fascist beliefs. And we thought Algore was a genious!!,after all he sucked as a "Vise President" why would ole Gore lie for Poltictacle gain do such a thing, such an honest guy, who's "carbon Footing" is as big as the elusive "BIGFOOT"!!......Has anyone seen Algore lately?,probably out flying ,or driving around somewhere in one of those fossile fuel burning inventions of the 20th century.........No doubt destroying the planent in the name of the planet!!......Like a good Socialist does!!!......

Obama has lied to the American People from the time he said that he didn't hear Jeremiah Wright to his lie that people would be able to keep their health care. Because of his Black skin and a compliant media and weak Republicans we have a virtual dictator in Obama, clueless and incompetent and at the same time the most powerful man in America if not the world.
