Columbus Police Investigating Homicide in Southeast Columbus

Columbus police say they are investigating a homicide in southeast Columbus. It happened on Elaine Place South Monday evening around 6:00 p.m.. Columbus Police dispatchers tell 10TV a child went to a neighbors home and told them there was a body in the basement.
