Ohio agency stops mosquito testing for West Nile
The Ohio Department of Health will no longer test mosquitoes for West Nile virus, though some local governments plan to continue evaluating samples to guide efforts to contain the virus and the mosquito population.

I don't see a problem with not testing mosquitoes, but what they should do is say "screw the environmentalists" and spend that money towards killing the little buggers. I have no use for them anyway. To hell with the eco-system.
