Gokeefe's fault?

We all know it's Georgie's fault?

BJ's fault per usual?

Well if it isn't the green toothed ka-hunt. Won't be long before your sovereign will need diapers changed. Maybe she won't mind you eating the corn

I was more thinking of civilians rocking up to subpoena ISPs.
What will all the subpoenas being passed out by folks with nothing to do with the courts.
I see threats every day on other discussion boards, mostly dopeheads going to sue each other, lmao. No one will be able to have another person subpoenaed unless a major crime has been committed. Check out Circleville, Ohio topix 43113.

The actual chance of it happening still seems yawningly unlikely.

Though that's never discouraged threats of the internet police before.

This exchange, however, via Duke, has presented me with an interesting thing I didn't know. Making it very slightly less tiresome than usual!

(Personally, my favorite empty threats on the internet are threats of violence. The idea of keyboard warriors girding themselves for battle and then transversing the globe to hunt each other in the unlikeliest of blood sports always delights me)

There's actually an avenue available under Ohio's Civil Rules for a civil party to issue a subpoena demanding discovery in anticipation of filing a future suit.
Some people here should keep that in mind.
By the way, I'm so disappointed that I didn't show up in this poll. It was quiet yesterday til Pickaninnie Paco got done with brunch.

Why are you so terrified, Eric? is your screen name that big a clue to your identity? If so, that simply confirms that you're a complete moron.

I'm not terrified at all Pickaninnie Paco. I'm much smarter and wiser than you.

You should keep that in mind as you write the things you write.

You're petrified, as evidenced by your incessant whining and empty threats. Now why is that when I don't have a clue to your identity?

Why? To take on a screen name?

I'm not sure I really have friends on here, barring Mark when he's about. I'm not much of one to seek friendship through digital channels, I fear.

Though I may also think you've misjudged the folks on here I'm the most delighted with. There's a time and place for discourse but something about the unaware idiocy of Spook, SeriousLady or RS make me wriggle in glee.

To be so without tools and to not know it seems strange and beautiful to me. I'm not sure if it's an actual inability to comprehend their skills to communicate in this medium relative to others or if they're all too aware and the energy behind their posts is an empty defence.

LMAO! Offend your fine sensibility, queenie? Well, an explainable offense since I actually do deal with IPO's. As for spelling, I've always pointed out that I spell porely. Sign of genius, actually. Admitting one's mistakes? Character. Something you are unfamiliar with.
But you can always count on the same group of trolls to line up behind you, they have no life outside of topix. Won't be complete until, duke, the basement practice lawyer, shows up to opine.

If you worked with IPOs, wouldn't you know what they are?

I would think someone less likely to flub up things they work closely with.

Though I'm not at work, on an AOL account and dealing with international business. Like real business people would be.

Yeah, that too. In order for a subpoena to be issued there needs to be an active court case or you need to be a prosecuting attorney and have a grand jury at your disposal. I suppose it's a bit easier in Delaware. As you know, they follow ancient English law there; beyond a shadow of a doubt and all that.
No, lap dog. Not in DE. Having a large volume of Fortune 500 companies incorporated here, we have one of the most prolific court systems in the country and are home of top of the line law firms.

Now that is beyond a showdow of a doubt.

Scurry away now. Your mom's got your PB&J ready upstairs.

LOL! Look at the booner trying to cover his sorry ass. Fear not, a-hole...I'm not like your boy Duke. You're just a loudmouth, ignorant booner screen name yelling at another screen name. This ain't the real world.

Same place most civil plaintiffs get the cash to fund their suits, dopeheads or not.

People here think they're immune. They're not.

You actually think you can sue a screen name for exposing the DOCUMENTED words of another screen name? Go get a mask and jump out of closets if you want to scare someone, Eric. You're beyond a joke with your "lawyer" bullsh!t.

I can confidently tell you that many attorneys with years of practice under their belt aren't aware of Ohio Civil Rule 27(A), so I am just as certain that people untrained in the law who post here are equally uninformed about exactly what it means.

So when an ignorant and arrogant poster here makes what appear to be reliable retaliatory threats to purposefully engage in libel, I figure maybe he or she ought to be courteously informed that within a fairly brief period of time, his or her identity can be relatively easily ascertained, essentially for the cost of a filing fee, and a few hours of professional labor. Those costs of course, would be recoverable upon judgment.

Its up to those ignorant and arrogant posters what they might wish to do with that information.
