(A) I don't have coupons. Where do you get them? I don't get the local newspaper and don't read magazines other than The Bloodhorse.
(B) I am always in a hurry to get OUT of the grocery. I'd rather have a tooth drilled then go there anyway.
Dinner is semi planned 4 nights out of 5. I don't mind the cooking....just always looking for suggestions on what the devil to make.
(C) My desk is a mess, but I know where everything is. My house is neat and I have no idea where I have put anything.
People can still get coupons from the paper, but a lot of people are printing them from online sources now. We have something called "Coupon Suzie" here, but I don't care. I rarely use coupons.

Geez Louise!
Live is short and no matter what you do we're all going to spend it spinning around on this planet together. Try saying hi, or you look tired, or how about them Buckeyes. You'd be amazed how easy it is to make human contact. Smile!
Gosh, it would be terrible if someone questioned how extensive remodeling could be afforded when you can't afford milk for your children. Shame on those folks who judge, eh - particularly at tax time!

I think this is one of the best things right now if you shop smart. My kids get WIC and I am able to use all the WIC money towards my fuel perks. and we have been doing tons of remodeling around the house and have over15.00 right now in fuel perks. People complain about their outrageous prices. Well only buy the stuff on sale and then go somewhere else for all your other needs.

Well, Glitter, I don't want to be picky, but I did have 'dibs' on him first and he is worth fighting over. So we'll have to find a way to work this out...like you stop!
Sorry! You weren't on this forum a year ago. All the regulars know he's mine. Good luck loser.

Well, I have never been able to determine how much remodeling a person is doing from standing behind them in the grocery line. Your link was taking too long to load (and from 2008 it might no longer be available), but--was this a vetted source being used by some columnist, or something that someone posted? You know that there are people who post things that aren't true on the internet, right?

Somalis learning how to steal groceries at the "self checkout" station at my local Kroger's. You have to admit they learn fast and are extremely bold, even by Black standards.

That link loaded immediately. You might want to update your machine or take it in for a tuneup.

Wonder why you have such an influx? Guess you're far enough away from DC. No immigrants will be going close to DC.

Yes, thank you dear. I was not on my regular computer. But, as I suspected, this was an open blog where anyone can post anything. Maybe even someone with a grudge against poor people, or WIC, could invent a tale of how they could afford to rehab their house using WIC points to buy gas.

BTW--there were a lotta folks claiming not to have paid for gas in over a year.

Yeah, maybe.

Ah, huh! SeriousLady thought that something was weird about that. She'd better get more creative with her hubby before thoughts turn into action. You look cute in those stockings and ears I bet. Get a Linda Carter Wonder Woman costume and watch him go bananas.

You must not know about black thuggery. They don't steal at the check out line, they'll go in the back way and load entire boxes full into a truck. Why go to jail for two T bones, when 10 boxes full will net the same time in jail.
The white boys will just wait until you load the groceries into the car and leave to enter another store. The entire car will be gone!
