your interpretation of the word liberty, would also make abortion illegal.
nowhere does the constitution discuss child birth. Not a single word.
and the reason it does not, is it is none of their Fing business. The founding fathers did not want your children, that is your responsibility. The Government provides police, fire, and military for your safety.
Nanny is also not discussed or minimum wage in the constitution.
I am not having to repeat my self when I tell you your judgement is yet to come, and I would not want to be you.
One of my favorite things that you do is when you state an argument that completely defeats your assertion yet you have no idea that you have done it.

it is what you think I find the problem.

let's be very clear. You are the problem.

What is printed in the US Constitution is very far from your definition, or fantasy illustrations.

you disregard using your own defined terminology be used on similar subject matter.

your opinion for law is the opinion where you can bill the most hours.

Man is the fault you had sex that produced a trophy.

If I could play the guitar I would write songs for these lyrics and make (another) million dollars and buy a bigger yacht so I would not have to pay for a hotel room in Port Clinton.

Here is the problem with your argument Karl:
<quoted text>
Your analogy is flawed because you have neglected the fact that it is the female who bears the child, and instead focused upon the fact that the female carries the egg.
That's my entire point. If instead men, who typically hold more sway in positions of law making authority actually suffered the pain and medical issues related to pregnancy and childbirth, things would be much different. There would not be nearly as much controversy about the legalities and restrictions of abortion.
Its not a spurious argument whatsoever. Overwhelmingly, white men make laws
in America.

And here it is, a man, telling me about my "pain and medical issues related to pregnancy and childbirth.'

1) Pregnancy is a completely natural state within a female's lifecycle. It should be looked at from that angle. We have a number of natural states/cycles in our lives: puberty, fertility, menstruation, pregnancy, lactation, and menopause.

2) For the overwhelming majority of women, it's not a dangerous nor medically dangerous situation to be in. Pain? LOL. I had 4, largest was 9-1/2 pounds (way overdue), and natural childbirth. I lived to tell. Pregnancy isn't the most comfortable state in life -- morning sickness and then a lot of discomfort last few months, but I can think of a lot of worse things like cancer/chemo treatments and awful reconstructive surgeries after accidents, war injuries, etc.

3) Women also have a choice before getting pregnant and actually have the power to say NO or ensure that safe, reliable birth control is used prior if she is so afraid of pregnancy and wants real control over her reproductive life.

4) Men also have the power to say no and think with their brains instead of their d!ck$ prior if not wanting to deal with another baby momma and have real control over his reproductive life.

Hey Walt, did they let you out of the psych ward for a 48 hour weekend visit at home? Or did the family pawn the trailer for your bail again this time?

Wow. You really are deluded. You now have a messianic complex and believe you are both a leader of the free world AND a leader of the Marxists? Psych medicine has advanced considerably in the past decade or two, I suggest you take advantage of it when your Obamacare policy takes effect--parity in mental health is closer to reality now so perhaps you too can be normal again...

Neither myself, nor Pope Francis, consider ourselves to be Messiahs.

Then why describe yourself as Guevara, Reagan, Francis. Cuban missiles and a man of peace and president of the US which is clearly NOT Marxist? You poor confused soul. So tortured.
