I've never understood why they're not free. Half the population uses them. It seems as common sense to stock as toilet paper. Nicer offices seem to have them free but would be nice to see it as a cross-class and context happening.

nothing is free you complete idiot.

someone always pays.

I don't need tampons, and care less if you do.

Shove a stick in your crack if you want free. If you want a tampon then go buy your own.

I am not your Daddy, so I am not going to provide you an allowance.

Have you been watching currency exchanges? If you live in America and want tampons you best stock up.

Tampons hold more value than the dollar.

shove some of the in your ears to stop the brain bleed you have. try one in the mouth to catch your vomited continual crap.

You don't understand much for sure.

Nothing is free you complete idiot.

Someone always pays.

If you want free....go out in the public park and pick up a stick. Your new wood can plug up what we hope does not work. The thought of a child from a loon like you is horrifying.

Woo-buddy. Doubling up on the "stick in the vagina" replies. Because one "stick in the vagina" reply is just never enough.

I don't think you're fully understanding the cultural context behind the provision of free hygiene products in shared spaces. What may seem to be a universal truth to someone who hasn't travelled much (in the case of the US, toilet paper being free and female hygiene products being sold at profit in the same spaces) is actually part of a varied landscape of products being free or paid in various places.

In a number of contexts, toilet paper isn't provided free in shared restrooms. Much as you claim that "nothing is free" in relation to feminine products, these cultures apply the notion to toilet tissue, much to the confusion of Western visitors.

In a cultural context where we do provide shared hygiene products, it seems only reasonable to examine whether we want to continue to work with the needs of male citizens as the default or if it would better fit our culture to examine how me might better meet cross gender needs with the same level of concern.

the best way to meet cross gender needs is supply them with an appointment with Dr. Kevorkian.

your head is so far up your azz, you can use your arm to stop the bleeding every month and not have to bend yourself all of contortion.

Your arm is a free tampon.

Because of the 19th century French origin of the word, I would imagine. Though the original 'tapon' is perfectly pun friendly, in French.

I have a rusty corn cutter I would gladly let student use to give her a partial hysterectomy. Just cut out the uterus and the need for tampons and birth control are solved.

When in France ,the Louvre Museum in France charges to use the facilities.
Depends where you are.....here in the states, if a washroom has an attendant, there usually is a charge, if in a ritzy hotel.
Most situations, though, there's no charge, but one way or the other they get you in the END!

Look dumbass. Everyone uses TP daily every day. Well, ok...some use their hand daily and some uptight gals hang onto it for days. But the point is that not all women use kotii every day all year long. And!!! in an emergence a gal could use TP. So your desire to get someone else to pay for something is not well-founded. Besides, once society starts providing free pads and kotii, then that very day filthy leftist scumbags will begin throwing the used ones at decent folks who merely want to be left alone and un-taxed to the Nth degree.
And don't you dare try to nullify that statement with "well we filthy leftists don't stockpile used diapers" because A) you filthy leftists abort at the thought of providing for life's expenses and B) even you filth don't care for the stench of a closet full of used diapers.
