In this case, however, who is the 'one' whose Constitutional rights are impeded?
It amazes me that you continually elevate homosexual behaviors above God and above law, Sister Christian.

I am Catholic. My faith does not include gay marriage. Not does it prevent me from laughing at a remark that was truly humorous. I argued the matter on the basis of fact as I understand Catholic doctrine from my own education (12 years Catholic education, pre-Cana marriage education, two years education as well at a Lutheran institution at Capital University with studies in biblical literature).

You still have found an iota of proof that I had insulted anyone or belittled anyone...

Your gameplan that uses a constant offense rather than a strong defense isn't working well, is it?

Catholic <> someone who is flawless, perfect, or without fault. I can accept that. Laughing at a joke, not a sin.

You? Willing to accept yourself as imperfect and flawed?

There shall be no established state religion, or prohibition of the practice of worship from the state...there is a strong division between church and state in this nation for a reason...matter of doctrine. Forcing the hand of the RCC here would set precedent stating that the church cannot practice as it preaches. No one has a constitutional right to a job as near as I can tell, either.
You are missing the point. I was asking about how any person's individual Constitutional rights have been interfered with.

Perhaps you should look to the IRS and their shenanigans for that answer. They seem to have harmed individuals who represented a larger organization...

<quoted text>Your stupidity is epic, hissy twink:
Almost 11 years ago, Pope John Paul II, in an address to the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, caused quite a stir by declaring that "new knowledge has led to the recognition of the theory of evolution as more than a hypothesis." Some Catholics, particularly traditionalists, believed that the Holy Father was stepping outside of his competence in making judgments on scientific matters. Others, including Catholic scientists, welcomed Pope John Paul's reaffirmation of the traditional Catholic principle that "Truth cannot contradict truth." In other words, to the extent that the theory of evolution has a solid scientific basis, it must be compatible with Catholic doctrine.

I do not believe as Darwinist that everything sprang.from some oozing swamp.slime. I do recognize natural selection as being part of God's design. Evolution is a polar.opposite of physics. Everything decays noting gets better unless an outside force is pu upon it. With living creatures that could very well be tuning this up a bit.

Not angry, bored with the ignorance of the weak minded praying to repress others with their warped 'moral code'..truly devils work. They should be audited as well as NOM, both are Hate groups.. Don't need a link..go read something else besides your Catholic propaganda, you'll find it, Pappy.

Look at the homosexual bigot...railing against the Church that has stood for 2000 years and outlasted empires, despots and their armies.
You need to get a grip on your hate, poof. Why don't you take Carla out to dinner? I imagine money's tight for her these days.
