Judge acquits driver in bicyclist's death on East Side
A driver who struck and killed a drunken bicycle rider was acquitted today of vehicular manslaughter.

Great ruling. Let this ve a lesson to the bicyclists. Don't ride at night without lights reflectors and reflective clothing, especially if you are riding on a road open to motor vehicles.

A drunken illegal. He could not help ignoring the laws now could he? Even the ones that would have saved his life. Live by breaking the law. Die by breaking the law. I bet the state sent an invoice to his relatives in El Salvador to cover the costs of this case.
