So what if he doesn't want his "mistress" publicize her black friends? Doesn't he has the right of free speech? He is a CEO and pays the salaries of his employees he didn't commit any discrimination against blacks or minority. If he is banned for speaking his mind then 75% of the posers in this forum deserve to be banned as well!!! What a hypocrisy!

You really don't have a clue what the First Amendment protects against.

The team will likely be sold...and rightly so...he's an ignorant bafoon!
You would think by now, people would be more tolerant, but I guess not!

Who would want to play for a boss who degrades them?

Common sense!

Yes I do, sometimes even if it's hate speech it's still under the protection under 1st Amendment. A gay Jewish lawyer chose to represent a KKK leader in the 90s, it was something he strongly believed in principle even his client represented hate. You just have to be able to see a big picture and be tolerate.

Here you go:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

It also applies to the individual states via application of the 14th Amenment.

Tell me how any government entity is violating it as it applies to Mr. Sterling.

Hi spook....
Maybe so, but this time he went so far, that the whole country is ready to boot him for his asinine remarks that are uncalled for from a supposedly business man who employs mostly black players. They took offense and I can't blame them.
There is such hate and racism in this country and eventually it all comes out in the end!

That team made millions for him and you would think he would be humbled or even thankful for the good life the money brought him. His true colors have shown.

In this day and age and after all the other racist cases, and all the consequences, you would think people would just, shut their mouths.

Have it unloaded. Rain is no big deal but the high winds lighting requires more attention than normal. Lighting was so close.and often I was driving with my tinted safety glasses .

The first amendment only prohibits the government from passing laws barring free speech. It has nothing to do with the consequences one citizen or group of citizens imposes on another for their speech.

Just been so busy...had a MAKE A WISH event and silent auction and it was a huge success...brought in a lot of donations... been attending various events three days in a row and I'm exhausted.

I'm ok...I'm just chilling today amd catching up with stuff.
