Vote No. Part of ballot issue is a permanent levy. Permanent meaning it will never come up for a vote again but the tax will be collected until hell freezes over.
Only an idiot votes yes on a tax, especially a permanent school tax.

On anything school related, always vote no.
The school system is full of liberal indoctrination, and incompetent union employees.
Columbus schools should be taken over by the state, so the Third World governance ends.

Since blacks have screwed up the school system and ruined it, then they should have to pay for it.
