I wonder if they are shooting new University of Phoenix commercials ? He dis one bragging about his degree getting him the Chief's job in Cincy.

22mil over so far, just getting warmed up. 17 million paid to a spain company for a few "cars", and we don't even have money to reroute the "Duke Energy grid" that was never meant to be moved.$$$$ And, Oh yeah. Be defecit, going to lay off police.All this to ride a few blocks through the hood without bulletproof windows....har. Black power here copying the Detroit blueprint.
