I mean that sounds reasonable. They said it, it must be true. I'm convinced. Aren't you?
Are these people for real? I suppose if they say, "There's no limit to our power," we'd all just nod and sit down.
Please tell me many, if not most, realize we simply can't put up with much more of this and remain a 'free' society.
Limiting the prize ceiling is a legitimate government purpose? What's next, limiting how many squares you use is a legitimate government purpose?
Right wing rethuglican Supreme Court what do you expect...Just keep voting those hacks in and see what you get in that Kangaroo Court! I bet those justices all have big pouches to carry all of their CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS

So the skilled games at amusement parks, fairs and carnival now have a cap on thier prize limits also.
In this case they may only be reffering to like cash prizes?
So are bingo games skilled or games of luck?
Does the poker games and poker tounaments promoters have a limit on thier prizes?
I know it is a game of skill to win them, with some luck
Does the horse racing tracks now have a limit.

I see this day in and day out
How crooked is any of this gambling and why a limit?

They may not now who will win, but they know what numbers come up day in and day out

Good points...is this what we really need Ohio's highest court engaged with? Waste of tax payers dollars...but it an even bigger waste because some knucklehead in the General Assembly made the restricting law.

We manufacture skill games, and while I can't speak for other companies, our games are 100% true skill. Our games even have a proven percentage of payback that is comparable to a Vegas slot. We never cheat players.
