10tv says the state's casinos are not doing as well as planned. A commenter there said our local casino has a $15 per hand fee. Any other facts? Opinions?

Hollyhood is a better place than i imagined. The food is great and the babes are Hot. The slots can run(on average),¢40-60-$1.20-5.00 per bet. Blackjack(which i like), House poker, Roulette has $15 & $25 tables, or you can go "High Limit" which is around double in another room. There is a Texas Hold'em lobby, which starts around $50 to no limit and some craps tables that get exciting. http://www.hollywoodcolumbus.com My opinion: I think they should get more card tables, lower the ante's on some and let go of some slot machines to make room. Other than that, I think it's very well designed.(maybe pay-out more on slots, but who wouldn't recommend that?) |

Judged: 2 2 1 I didn't see very many hot babes there last night. I saw the Walmart crowd and a LOT of chimps, but it was very busy. The thing I learned, is that it was a great place to see musical acts for free. Morris Day was there. Also ... free Diet Coke! |

You have to stay out late to see the hot babes, Bob. And Sheena Easton was there Friday, according to an e-mail I got, it was free, if anyone cares. |

Sheena used to be a hot-tay! Haven't heard anything about her in years. |

Judged: 1 Morris Day was the reason it was packed with black folks. I was there too, but not to see the concert. I did hear that some big black women puked right on the dance floor, which could've caused a stampede. You'll have to go when a YT group is performing, or non-concert night. That's when the odds are more in your favor/flavor. Although, I seen a few ~Hot~ chocolate's in the crowd. Anyhow, did you win or lose anything? |

Judged: 1 Big gambler here ... I put a total of $3 into the slots. Lost the first two, but had the third one up to $4 before we lost it all. It was a wash with all the free Diet Coke I drank. I was surprised how crowded it was. Is Scioto Downs the same thing? Do they have any entertainment, or is it strictly slots? |
|
Morris day was AWFUL. I can sing better than he can. |

Judged: 1 I might play some slots if i do great on the tables. I always play max bet or mid-high wagers when playing them, If you don't, the wins/jackpots are small($40-60), bet high/max=$200-500 & up. I went to Racino once. It was all slot machines and a crappy buffet, and mostly old people and defiantly not Hot ones. BTW, I don't think they have entrainment shows...so to speak. |

Based on what I saw last night, they made the right decision k!!!cking the c@@sino out of Downtown. Westland is the right place for it.

LOL! I kept thinking he was "Marvin Gaye", or when someone asked. I seen an older group from my high school era there(Candlebox), a few weeks ago, which was cool. |

Judged: 1 That was Otis Day and the Knights in Animal House. Morris Day and The Time were in Purple Rain. |

Judged: 1 1 Best line in the movie was Morris Day to Prince after Prince's father shot himself in the head: "How's the family?" http://www.hollywoodcolumbus.com/~/media/colu... |

Judged: 1 At Scioto Downs it's strictly slots. They have a bunch of no-name entertainment. And all the free pop you can guzzle. I have never been to any casino anywhere that charged for soda. Or parking. Maybe someone else knows of some exceptions. |

Judged: 1 1 We were all hot-tays 30 years ago, when she was famous. Now, not so much. I heard sometime back that she bought property around Lancaster, but just that tidbit. |
