Confirmed: All U.S. presidents except one descended from King John of England

The remarkable discovery was made by 12-year-old BridgeAnne d’Avignon, of Salinas, California, who created a ground-breaking family tree that connected 42 of 43 U.S. presidents to one common, and rather unexpected, ancestor: King John of England.

‘They all have the trait of wanting power,’ d’Avignon told the station WFMY…

The only former commander-in-chief not linked to King John is the eighth president, Martin Van Buren, who had Dutch roots.

John was the youngest of five sons of King Henry II of England and Eleanor of Aquitaine, and was born in 1166, 846 years and 42 generations ago. Anyone who had an ancestor that married into any of the offspring of any of the descendants of those 5 brothers can make this claim. Further,Eleanor of Aquitaine, belonged to the French House of Poitiers. Which was largely cast to the winds multiple times in the last 800 years. After 800 years and 42 generations, almost anyone in France can probably claim some ancestry to this house. And like wise us in the US. The Plantagenet were four ruling houses of England ago. Not even counting the French side, and assuming that every generation after those 5 brothers had 3 children, I stopped counting at 26 generations when the number was over 500 million. That's halfway to our year. It isn't amazing that 42 of 43 were related to him, it's amazing that Martin Van Buren wasn't. I think nearly everyone breathing in the western world is related to King John

I would agree. Looked at another way, if any of us go back 42 generations, there would be 4.4 trillion direct ancestors in that 42nd generation. That is way more people than have ever lived, so it would be surprising if all these presidents were not descended from King John.

I think I've stated this before, but if you do the raw math every 25 years (2 parents, 4 grandparents, 8 greatgrandparents, etc.) you quickly end up with millions of ancestors in a fairly short period of time (like 500 years). You might be able to trace your paternal bloodlines, that is if they kept the same surnames (a BIG if), but over a 500 year period, that's going to be 20 generations at most. There is simply no way to account for your entire family tree.

In real life, the numbers aren't as great due to the phenomenons of having multiple wives, or one person siring multiple broods, but there is really no way to know what the real numbers are.

One genealogist at iGenea (they do DNA testing and give you an ancestry profile) explained this to me. It really is mind boggling when you start thinking about it. Really gives you some perspective about where you fit into the whole scheme of things.

Those of you who are claiming that it is more surprising NOT to be related to King John than it is TO BE related to King John...

Please stop preaching crap ass mathematics to the world... you clearly are TERRIBLE at math!

The odds that 42 out of 43 Presidents all share a single common ancestor (even dating back 42 generations) is nothing short of astronomical... in the millions to 1 category...

If all 43 had been related, you would be talkin billions to 1...

Question you need to ask yourself: If being related to King John and Eleanor of Aquitaine is so highly probably for all of us in America... WHY AREN'T YOU RELATED TO HIM?

And I can assure you, for the over-whelming majority of you... that statement is true!

And the real baffling thing about these people who insist on denying the actual mathematics of this likelihood, I have another parameter for you: What are the odds that 42/43 Presidents all descend from King John AND all happen to be members of the Free Masons... a group that has been tied to the Templar Knights... and oh by the way, King John was arguably the biggest ally of the Templar Knights EVER!

Stop being so fucking stupid... God does not find your stupidity to be excusable right now... BANK ON IT!

Think about it! If you are black in the United States... and I were to give you 100:1 odds on a wager that you are NOT related to King John of England... would you take that bet?

Fuck no! You would be a complete idiot to take that bet...

And yet... we have a black President in the White House right now, who just happens to have the same lineage as 41 other White Presidents before him...

Seriously, you gottta be mind-boggingly stupid to ignore this statistically astronomical reality!

Of course, due to the fact that Mr. Obama has some anglo lineage, he has the same odds as anyone else. This doesn't only apply to presidents, its anyone who has western European ancestors.

Rowdy... you missed the point entirely! The % of the Black Population (ALL OF THEM) that can be tied to John, King of England, is extremely small... anyone who argues that point is not a valid reference for this topic!

And yet, despite that fact, when we finally did get a Black President... He is STILL tied to this same line of descendants... how fucking stupid can people continue to be? I don't get it...

Kemosahbe... say something meaningful if you are going to try to refute my argument... I am a statistics expert, and we have a bunch of people who ARE NOT statistics experts, entering into a discussion that is predicated on statistics...

I do not know what % of the American populace (white, black or otherwise) can be tied to King John... Let us take a very generous estimate and say that 80% of all caucasian Americans are related to King John... I am certain that it is closer to 50% than 80%, but for the sake of argument, let's say it's 80%... we will exclude the non-white population, and pretend we don't currently have a black President who happens to be related to the former King... and we will also ignore the fact that Columbus was a Spanish explorer who supposedly discovered America in 1492, and King John died 300 years earlier... meaning King John (an English monarch) should not be the person that most Americans are related to by blood... let's ignore ALL OF THOSE PROBLEMS...

Based on this, the probability of getting 41 out of 42 (remember, we're throwing our current leader out of the data) that just randomly happen to fall into that 80% category... comes out to roughly 10,000:1

That is the probability of getting 41 out of 42, based on an 80% likelihood of any one President being a "hit"!... and like I said, there is no way in hell 80% of Americans (even just the white ones) are related to King John, AND, if 80% of Americans ARE related to him, than it means we SERIOUSLY have to call into question the story that (a) Columbus discovered America, or (b) that America wasn't discovered and populated until the 15th and 16th centuries... AND, if we must call those things into question, then it just brings us back to the original problem anyway...

That our country was not founded by the people we have been told our country was founded by...

Next time just say Thank you... Thank you for showing us the way! That is the only thing you should be saying... because without me on this planet, you are all FUCKED!

That is no joke!

Little addendum for you... upon doing some research, I found that the highest estimate given by genealogists, attempting to estimate the number of U.S. citizens who have royal bloodlines (of ANY kind, not just tracing to King John) is 150 million... out of roughly 250 million... equivalent to 60% of the U.S. population... not the generous 80% that I was allowing for...

And oh by the way... I calculated the probability of getting 42 out of 43 if 60% of Americans are traceable to King John... roughly 500 million to 1... and again, if it is actually 80%, we are still in the range of 10 or 15 thousand to 1...

TT, you're on quite a roll aren't you? The storyline in itself was quite cloudy. Due to interracial marriage and philandering, none of us know the minute details of our lineage. You and I could be related. Don't stew over it, life happens.

Good point, about the reliability of tracing our lineage back that far... especially given the fact that there was no such thing as a DNA test back in the 12th century...

However, this turns out to be a moot point with respect to the crucial issue... still a good point to bring up, though...

This is what every American needs to take from this story...

The lineage of monarchies from the 12th century in England and France have been preserved in the U.S. The Knights Templar were tied directly to these monarchies (these monarchies were actually in debt to the Templars)... they funded the Templar's escape from Europe to found the new world to the West...

The possibility that 42 of 43 Presidents just happen to be tied to this lineage is effectively ZERO! And when you factor in the reality that a great number of Presidential candidates (in our "Two-Party system") were also tied to this lineage, the possibility gets even more ridiculous... and if you distinguish the percentages between the possibility of a caucasian sharing this lineage, from a black person sharing this lineage...

Well, what you have at that point is truth! You have very clear and obvious... TRUTH!

Stop denying it and look at it... just because the reality of it is horrendously ugly and terrifying, that is not an excuse to go into denial! Quite the opposite... humans all over the world are impacted by your ability or inability to see the truth!

When you drop the ball, you drop the ball for all mankind!

STOP DROPPING THE BALL AMERICANS!

Sadly, I think it is too late... people were just way to slow to pick up on what is happening... there is a mass denial of mountains of evidence right before people's eyes...

Literally within weeks, or days, or hours, or even minutes of this posting, everyone is going to be shocked out of their zombie state... and the question will be, "How did I miss it?"...

I just want you to remember this: YOU WERE WARNED OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND YOU REFUSED TO SEE IT! You have NOBODY to blame, but yourselves...
