The progressive vermin is also threatening to sh^t in every grocery store, church aisle, and bank lobby until each member of the special needs population who cannot A) feed themselves B) house themselves C) pay for their own medical care D) own their own transportation E) provide a lunch during the year to their cheelrons and summertime gets a vote for each of the delineated irresponsibilities cited above. And if an obamaphone is involved, then that special needs person will get an absentee ballot as well.

So, forget about gerrymandering (because we do that too...) just make sure no matter how much you didn't care and are to lazy to vote, you get a million chances to vote several different ways. Because we feel all these people who do this vote democrat. Thats what I get from this news article.

We all know that "what you get from an article" and what is actually contained in an article are quite often very different things.

I'm pretty sure you are incapable of reading an article and formulating an accurate assessment of it. You started an entire thread to prove it.

Provisional ballots are cast by people that can't or won't validate their eligibility to vote.
Provisional ballots are cast by the same sort of douches that refuse to procure or display a free government issued photo ID.
These lazy and dishonest douches will procure all kinds of government welfare handouts but are too lazy and too stupid to procure a free government issued photo ID for voting purposes. The same douches never lack the energy to get a photo ID to acquire beer and cigarettes and SSI/welfare benefits.
They have the gall to claim that the burden (???) of acquiring a free government issued ID somehow supresses their voting franchise. More than likely it supresses their urge to vote multiple times for the same demo douches who patronize them.
