He didn't expand the military bases. The military did & they did it because we spent 13 years blowing up something like a dozen middle-eastern countries.
Look this up. He only wrote 2 bills that I know of. One to honor the UK wildcats. The other sounded good on the surface. It was a coal act. But reading it showed so many loop~holes & harmful things it got killed by his own party.
For starters, quit being dense. You've been here long enough to know we aren't stupid.

On count one, regarding the pork.

McConnell has been in office since 1984 and has directed a significant amount of pork back to his home state. While it is questionable in its impact, it did benefit more people than just his cronies.

On count two, the military bases.

The legislative branch is an equal part of the government alongside the executive of which the military is a part.

Military spending is directed in part by Congress, along with some left for the executive branch. McConnell sits on the committee that approves the military spending. He has certainly been able to use his influence to halt the risk of base closings and increase the funding for the bases already there.

The US has not been "blowing up a dozen middle eastern countries"

We were involved in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen

That's four

McConnell has introduced far more than two bills. While you likely don't agree with him, he is highly active in the Senate.

For what it's worth, the wiki entry has been scrubbed of references to McConnell's support of certain gun restrictions in the 1990s.

Bevin is a firm 2A supporter, Grimes will almost certainly vote for whatever gun bans are proposed.

Did you know 11 of the top 15 states with the nation's highest murder rates are southern redneck bible states? Not northern states. Only 4 or the top 15 are northern states.
True, but it's not the southern redneck bible thumpers doing the murders. It's the high concentration of blacks in those states, doing the killing.

You can take any city with a high concentration of blacks and you have a crime and murder rate that's 10 times higher than anywhere else. Doesn't matter which state it is.

As far as the knockout game goes, maybe it's time to revive that game that was popular back a few years. N****r knockin

And how do you think "the military" gets the funds to expand its bases? Have you ever heard of Congressional appropriations? Do you know why we have an aircraft carrier named USS John C. Stennis? Because he was a senator who championed the Navy in Congress...as in appropriations. In terms you can understand...the military dances to Congress' tune when it comes to bases and the money to run them. And that goes for both parties.

You're embarrassingly stupid. You're the illegitimate daughter of Pale Rider aren't you?
