What happened to the plows for the tractors they mow along the freeways with? In the fall they showed three plows mounted on fairly new NH 4wheel drive tractors that were equipped with cabs. I have yet to see these in person or on the news.
The city also has plows for pickups but I never see the plows on just the mount system.

the GPS doesn't say if the plow is up or down.

All I hear is the Director of ODOT crying they are doing the best they can.

problem is their best is nowhere near good enough.

In the private sector these epic reoccurring failures would be met with mass firing, and replaced with competent people.

PS: City of Atlanta has 3000 tons of salt on order....for when July?
I think they needed it a month ago.....you?

Isn't that government dependency? Personally, I'd be happy if they didn't do anything at all, if you can't drive in snow, stay home!

If you are referring to Rick Tiltson he is Columbus public service assistant director later not O.D.O.T

I pay dearly to have public employees plow for me.

If enough people come to realize that the government isn't supposed to be their mommy.

That will only happen after a complete economic collapse. As long as the funnny money printers or rather the decimal shifting computer programs keep running the sheep will still be looking for the government teet.

I was referring to the Mayor of Atlanta how has salt on order, and said the storm delayed delivery of it.

Me as Mayor, that salt would have been on site by 10/1 /2013 for 2014 winter.

I am amazed daily of the incompetence of public employees at every level fail regular at their job.

In the real world they would be fired. Learn a lesson, and move on.

In fantasyville Public union employees can do anything and not get fired.

Public unions need banned immediately and an amendment in the Constitution forbidding it.
