Here is a typical example of one of your constitutional scholars selectively enforcing federal law:

http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/n...

"In June 2012, The Republican-led House voted overwhelmingly to hold Holder in criminal contempt for not complying with congressional subpoena’s related to the botched Fast and Furious gun-running campaign.

“Still, he continued to mislead and thwart congressional efforts to bring the truth to the American people,” Olson said in a statement.

The four charges start with a rehash of that scandal.

Holder “engaged in a pattern of conduct incompatible with the trust and confidence placed in him in that position by refusing to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on Oct. 12, 2011,” according to a summary of the charges.

The second article charges Holder with failure to enforce laws including the Defense of Marriage Act — which has since been invalidated by the Supreme Court — as well as the Justice Department’s decision this year to relax mandatory minimum sentencing for low-level drug offenders.

The third article charges that Holder has failed to prosecute anyone in the Internal Revenue Service scandal earlier this year in which certain conservative groups were targeted for extra scrutiny while applying for tax-exempt status.

The final article holds that Holder perjured himself earlier this year after saying he had no knowledge of any potential prosecution of the media for disclosure of classified material."

You are tranparently dumb, knowing that all true leftists support federal hate speech laws and prosecution.

Federal hate speech laws are in-your-face unconstitutional, a direct contradiction of the 1st amendment.

Diversity freaks enjoy the privilege of selective prosecution of illegal hate speech laws.

Congratulations! John Boehner Enrolled In Obamacare!
Posted by: Howard Crane in Most Popular on AATTP, TEApublicans in Action November 22, 2013

About an hour after Boehner’s office claimed the House Speaker couldn’t sign up for the Affordable Care Act coverage on the D.C. exchange, his office confirmed that he had officially enrolled.

Boehner’s office wrote,“Kept at it, and called the DC Health Link help line. They called back a few hours later, and after restarting the process on the website two more times, I just heard from DC Health Link that I have been successfully enrolled.”
Politico reported the District’s exchange, DC Health Link, stated it recently identified some system errors after enrollment.
“We recently discovered the fact that after enrollment, some users have been receiving a random error message,” DC Health Link communications director Richard Sorian wrote in an email.“Despite the message, these individuals have been enrolled. Our call center has been able to quickly resolve these matters. We are working on a system-wide update that will eliminate this soon. Users will be able to verify their enrollment in their secure, online account.”
While Bohener was successful in enrollment of the new plan, it appears he is just trying to make a mockery of the whole thing.

“Guess I’ll just have to keep trying…” his office wrote.
But they never mentioned that unlike constituents, lawmakers have loads of help when it comes to health care. People like Boehner like to boast they have the same enrollment experience as the common American, but it’s all an attempted act to perpetuate the hatred toward the new law. Congress members are given the privilege of “in-person support sessions” by the local exchange and four major insurers. They can also log into a special Blue Cross and Blue Shield website for members of Congress and use a special toll-free telephone number — a “dedicated congressional health insurance plan assistance line.”
It seems as though the Speaker is just trying to rub it in. But simply pointing out the flaws that have already been recognized in the system isn’t actually proactive. It’s just a tad bit childish, as are most of his actions in Washington.

They will get worked out. Repubs should be trying to work w/ the Dems for the good of the people. They just want it repealed because it is Obama's Signature Affordable Care Act. They want to destroy his legacy, plus get back into office by any means necessary.

You stupid, fool...65% of Americans want this law gone because it's damaging peoples health care coverage, their bank accounts, the employment market and the overall economy.
MILLIONS are losing their old insurance and CAN'T AFFORD what's available by Obamacare decree.
You're not only stupid, you're envious, bitter and petty.

You (Female) are what Josef Stalin referred to as a "useful idiot" who destroys their own nation from within.

Do you think that health policies being cancelled is also false?

Sad.
