Funny, isn't it Che, that perhaps the worst incident of baseball violence was courtesy of a Hispanic. Google Juan Marichal/Johnny Roseboro.
Was Pete Rose hispanic? You are stupid. There are a whole lot of Hispanics playing your beloved hockey too, I guess.

Your efforts to politicize and race bait every single event are pathetic.
The FANS, you moron. Why do you think I made the comment about the Crew? The filthy Mexican FANS keep the soccer moms and their kids away from Crew Stadium with their behavior.

When was the last time you saw a fight in the stands at an NHL game, little girl?

NHL has not had success in the Southwest, hockey doesn't sell in warm climates

Anaheim and Phoenix are near the bottom in attendance, Columbus is as well.

The last riots were in Vancouver.

While Vancover is the most die-verse city in Canada, most of the rioters were white, but by American standards, and European standards, what they did was tame, as no one was killed, the Egyptians can't say the same.

Whatever you do, don't go to Québec and call them "Canadians," much less "Canucks." Québecois are a nasty and unforgiving bunch of socialist losers.

With the Jackets, it's about poor performance, not that there isn't enough interest in hockey. Ten years ago, Columbus had 54 consecutive sellouts.
The NHL does fine in the Greater Los Angeles area simply because of the size of the population, and in the case of Anaheim, it's a case of performance coupled with the Kings winning the Cup. Dallas does fine when the Stars play well. Phoenix has always been an attendance dog, even when they're a playoff team.
A lot has to do with the size of the arena. That's why Winnipeg's numbers are misleading. Same with the Bruins.

I was looking at capacity sold. Anaheim was at 89%, PHX was lowest with Columbus a fraction of a point higher.

The FANS, dumbass...Mexican fans are scumbags:

Sorry, Mexico, great win but fans were embarrassment

Imagine if the U.S. national basketball team played a tournament in Paris. American fans filled the arena for the championship game against France.

They booed the French national anthem and the home team whenever it had the ball. They chanted obscenities at France’s point guard.

It would cause an international incident.

Something similar happened over the weekend, only nobody seems to care.

Mexico beat the U.S. 4-2 in the CONCACAF Gold Cup in Pasadena, Calif.

That’s soccer, in case you didn’t know. There were 93,420 pumped-up fans at the Rose Bowl, and the best guess is at least 80 percent were there to cheer for Mexico.

There’s nothing wrong with that. If I lived in Paris and the U.S. hoops team came to town, I’d go cheer for Derrick Rose and Kevin Durant.

But I’d be embarrassed if a lot of my expatriate colleagues showed up in American flags and treated the home team like dirt. I’d also expect the New York Times, CBS News, etc., etc., etc. to note the behavior, if not editorialize about the shame of Ugly Americans.

Other than a column in the Los Angeles Times, the atmosphere at Saturday’s game was hardly noted. When it was, the crowd was called enthusiastic or impassioned.

How about boorish?

Certainly not all 93,420 fans, but enough to leave you wondering just what the U.S. did to get Mexico so enthusiastic and impassioned.

The antics weren’t anything new. In a 2005 World Cup qualifier, the Mexican crowd booed the U.S. national anthem and some fans chanted “Osama! Osama!” during the game. Two years ago fans threw containers holding urine and vomit at Landon Donovan.

If American fans had done that to Javier Hernandez on Saturday, there would be a national manhunt. But almost any criticism of Mexican fans is viewed as intolerant, if bit downright racist.

The question is: How much must we tolerate?

U.S. soccer team faces chants of 'Osama'

Mexican fans also boo national anthem during Olympic qualifier

As U.S. players left the stadium for their bus, several fans — some clutching beers — chanted “Osama! Osama!” in reference to al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

“It’s better than having things thrown at you,” U.S. Soccer Federation president Bob Contiguglia said Wednesday after returning to Colorado Springs, Colo.“I was bothered by the whistling during the national anthem. It’s just the way it is. You accept it. Our kids showed a lot of dignity. They didn’t do silly things on the field.”

Well Paco, if your concern is with "the fans", immediately referring to Juan Marichal as being responsible for one of the most violent incidents in baseball history sure seems to be a strange manner of making that point.

That comment was in response to post #10 from your illegitimate daughter:

"Was Ty Cobb Mexican? We never had these issues in baseball before the Latins started playing."
