Chimp Attack Victim Charla Nash Asks Again For Right To Sue
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/03/22/char...

This is so unfortunate. She's lost he sight, hands, etc.
Do you think she should be able to sue for better quality of life?
How would you feel and what would you do in this case! If you can put yourself in her shoes?

I feel sorry for her but the article, unless it continued somewhere else I didn't see, say nothing about who or what state agency new the chimp was dangerous. The US Supreme Court and many State Supreme Courts have ruled numerous times that police et.al. have no obligation to protect individual citizens. Here.in Ohio Franklin Court.courts have dismissed cases against Columbus City School faculty involved in the grade and attendance data rigging saying they were just doing their job.

Well, if you were not such an uniformed idiot you would find that information quite easily.

Its all out there in the public domain. That specific animal led the police on an hours long chase after escaping from its owner and acting aggressively towards other people previously, and there are emails existing within the state agency charged with monitoring such incidents that clearly demonstrate that it had prior knowledge of the potential danger from that specific animal.

Look for it.

So what? They monitored, they reported. Exactly their job. How does that make the state responsible for the woman's injuries?

The dumb grasping woman and the owner should have both been armed with a gun, and prepared to shoot a unpredictable, uncaged, powerful, and primitive yard ape.

That's the real world, not the kissy-face she was doing with a 200 pound powerful yard ape.

The dumb owner was giving the primitive yard ape Xanax, so they both knew the ape had anger problems.

Animals are property, and the misuse of them is the responsibility of the owner, not the taxpayer. The dumb woman has already received a multi-million payout from the owners estate, which was the correct avenue to pursue for compensation.

There is no taxpayer responsibility to compensate for this stupid woman doing her stupid risky activities with a primitive and powerful yard ape. Leftist believe otherwise of course, so I strongly suggest leftist get out their checkbooks and send their money to the stupid woman.

It would probably be a good thing if more yard apes were to attack stupid women. By doing so, some stupid and grasping women might learn a valuable lesson.

actions have consequences.

should the wife of the Lion who ate her husband be able sue?.

or should the bank robbers girlfriend be able to sue the firearms manufacturer for a cop shooting her boyfriend?

play with wild animals and assume risk, or change careers. Lawsuit settled.

If you want to change the topic of the thread that is ok.

I don't recall any man suing the taxpayer for his own stupidity at the Ohio farm.

Do you have any information indicating the exotic animal farm guy or his family sued the taxpayer for wrongful death?

Take a deep breath before you answer.

I totally agree!
Wild animals should be in their habitat not in homes and neighbors yards or property.
There are some demented people out there.....to think a wild animal will never harm anyone. WRONG! It's their instinct to kill and survive....they belong in the jungles.

I think in this case she already sued and won against the culpable party... the animal's owner. The theory that the taxpayers owe her anything is pure bullshit.

The Ohio exotic animal guy committed suicide; he was not killed by his animals.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muskingum_County...

Terry Thompson was stupid, but his stupidity doesn't compare with the 2 women who are the subject of this thread. The Ohio guys surviving family did not sue the taxpayer, unlike the woman who is the subject of the thread.

Your equivalency of the two different events is strange to say the least.

Women are a general problem because of their overwhelming support of diversity, a national scale class-based victim cult scam. When the disfigured woman elevates her case to the fedgov level, we will know more of what she is all about.

It might not be apparent to you as yet, but the diversity scam is official US government policy.

Hey feces covered Dick swallpwer. The thread was started to comment about the story in the first post. Thus it is a poorly written article, more than likely weitten by a Obama voting janitor like you. Now go sniff those toilets duke, maybe you will find some undigested corn or peanuts you can eat.

Hey idiot.

It appears that there are at least three posters here who know the relevant facts of this story, and you are not one of them.

That's because you are an idiot.

LOL!
I know all about what happened.
There were so many people killed taking care of wild animals, their keepers, and or trainers.to say the least. A male trainer was killed in Ohio by a bear.
The woman in the article should not expect compensation from taxpayers monies.

Your obsession to demean women is uncalled for.
You're rude and seems like you can't hold a civil conversation.

I have to add another important fact: the disfigured woman was playing kissy-face with an angry, uncaged, drugged-up, 200 pound powerful yard ape.

The Ohio exotic animal nut guy was not anywhere near that stupid. He at least kept his animals caged, until he went off the deep end. Also he lived in a rural area devoid of people, whereas the disfigured woman lived in a big city.

My recommendation is that all leftist open their personal pocketbook for the disfigured woman, because she is your kindred both in spirit and in politic.
