Maybe we should give up our right to carry since a. Bunch of racist idiots will never learn how to do it responsibly, or blame those who irresponsibly do it.

Can you point to where either of these are alleged in the indictment? You'd think prosecutors would have brought those charges if there was any indication that they occurred. You've passed "neutron star" on your way to "black hole".

Far more probable than the belief that Trayvon assaulted Zimmerman with intent to kill.

Zimmerman had motive. Trayvon had none.

Deflection. You have yet to identify the "unlawful" act that you think is far more probable.

I believe Zimmerman grabbed Trayvon and tried to hold him for the police. I don't know if he approached with gun drawn, but he could have. Tha angle of the bullet and the residue on layers of clothing as well as a bloody thumbprint on the lower hem of the hoodie suggest that Z was pulling on the clothing--while Trayvon pulled away.

You used the word "unlawful". Do you think the above is unlawful? It was your word, justify it.

in your fantasy was Trayvon also selling stocks on his smartphone etrade app when situation occurred?

Did Zimmerman tackle and hog tie Trayvon so he could not sell stocks that would cause market to recede effecting Zimmermans 401K balance?

if you are going to write fantasy, let me assist you so it is more interesting.

Did you know Trayvon controlled the entire stockmarket from his cell phone?

Sorry I missed all the fun last night, but hey, I have a real life.

I see you decided to address the actual topic "briefly" between rants huh.

Here's all that needs to be said about the Zimmerman case.

Trayvon is guilty of assault with attempt to murder and Zimmerman will walk.

You, FKA Reader and the black grievance industry will whine and demonstrate.

I will laugh
Laugh?

Zimmerman has been in jail since this incident with a huge target on his back. He's been sued and his accounts demolished.

I'm sure he's laughing with you.

You've shown us nothing that couldn't have been obtained from Google. Not one single thing.
And nobody says US-23 when it's inside the outerbelt. We only use that term when it gets near Delaware and Pickaway counties. In Columbus, it's High St, 3rd St, 4th St, Summit St and Indianola Ave.
You've never lived here, kid.

Actually, not in jail. He's out on bond. A bond that was substantially increased by the court after finding that Zimmerman and his wife lied about their assets, and had in their possession a second passport--details that combined to make him appear to be a much more substantial flight risk.

And while he may acquire a target when/if he ultimately is jailed, I am not certain that he currently is in anywhere near as much danger as the defense likes to make out. Their latest move, having already requested a sequestered jury is to also request an anonymous jury on the grounds that the jury member's safety demands such.

The defense is whining loudly about the national coverage of the case, at the same time neatly overlooking his own attempts to use the press and social media to control the story.

To their credit, the prosecution has filed a motion in limine to prevent the presentation of irrelevant and immaterial information about the victim, such as his social media presence, school records and whether or not he had ever worn fake gold teeth. So, at least the jury will not see these things presented in court--pending the judge's ruling.

Not quite.

Zimmerman was walking free for more than a month prior to arrest. He was given minimal bond with permission to leave the state. This however was revoked when he lied to the court about his assets and a second passport he had hidden. He spent about a week in jail before a new hearing that increased his bail and limits him to the county.
