avoid the east side, lots of crime in East Columbus and the police protection is poor. Bexley has some beautiful older homes.

Re-appraised at $25K each.
And you'd get the Franklin County Assessor's office to do that...how?
You're not even remotely funny or clever. You're just embarrassing yourself.

That one's obvious.

The minute he or one of his "klan" (pun intended) move in, the entire block will drop to $25,000 as all the whites abandon their homes to the bank.

We'll appraise yours at about $2.8MM. Someone's got to pay the property taxes, and you're arrogant enough to brag about it.
Who is "we"?
Are you really that stupid?

You see Paco, you're wrong about that.

She's been handling things quite poorly. I've found it to be quite entertaining the past couple of days.

She derides abusing others because of their occupation, race, gender, or other characteristics, you do just that, then she excuses you for it, cause she's just so enamored.

And on and on and on you both go.

Back to real estate, why are houses in Hilliard so boring?...for the money. I mean, you could just measure one...and go down to Lowes and price out the drywall, paint, framing lumber, brick/block...there's nothing magical in the materials of these houses...and then consider the huge gap between cost and sticker price. Really? They're not built that well. People are getting ripped off.

When I was in my early 20s I worked as a bank teller in Upper Arlington. One of our customers was a big name custom builder in Columbus. Well. He was nuts. He had really weird financial whims. One was that he was sure that the price of copper was going to skyrocket so much, he had to have all the copper he could get his hands on. So...EVERY WEEK...I had to load the trunk of his car with a crap load of pennies. lol.

It ain't rocket science to buy preferred lots and build big but cheap. In my business, I get into those houses when somebody dies...and the thing that amazes me is the cheap crap these people decorate their homes with...stuff that they paid serious money for, but has absolutely no resale value because it was crap when it was made.

Builders build what's in demand. "Boring" is a matter of taste, I suppose.
In places like Hilliard and Dublin you're paying for excellent schools and what is considered to be a family friendly community for those with kids. You'd be amazed at the people you meet who moved here from places like the Short North and Grandview in their early to mid 30s after their first child turned four or five. There are other advantages like nearly zero violent crime (and most of it comes from outside) and easy, safe commutes. It's as simple as that.

Best? Dunno but worst - Reynoldsburg. They have a Columbus Police Detective Terry McConnell (resident) who meets underage kids on the internet and takes them home for sex. Seriously, its public record. He admitted it and the funny thing, he is still a cop with CPD!!!! LOL CPD is Child Penetrator Department in case you wondered.

I've never done the "U R" thing in my life. I find it a bit juvenile. I have observed you stroking out before and suggested you seek medical attention, however. Sadly you ignored the advice and you have become what you now are.

Coming from you, that's hardly a stinging indictment. The mentally ill such as you have to be cut some slack.
