LOL... RTP is giving us his highlighted entrepreneur vision he dreams about when he takes over half of Walmart's shares.
Like all little girls, RTP is repeating what mommy says and feeling important for doing so.
Hope s/he's not wearing mommy's clothes.

Put the "Location, Location, Location" theory aside and pay close attention to the actual houses expense. I've seen people put so much money in unforeseen snags that could've been caught if they took the time a looked at the houses structure. Drywall hides a lot, but look at the quality of the product they used to sell this heap.
-If a salesman harped about some new junk windows in his sales pitch...RUN.
-If he/she brags about the new hardwood floors, that aren't hardwood floors...RUN
-If that bastard tells you its energy efficient, punch a hole in the wall and then him.
-If you can't do laundry, shower and take a shit at the same time your wife better be doing dishes... RUN. And, run from her too. LOL
Anyhow, Good Luck buying a house and keeping it without welfare moving close by.
Good points.

Though it is sometimes handy that the tub is close to the toilet if you have the flue and need a large.target for projectile vomit while shitting

RTP is female? I don't believe so.
If RTP is a female, she better close her legs before all her dreams go bye-bye.
If RTP is male, he better close his mouth before his "business" turns into a nightmare.

I think i've done that before...but it wasn't a symptom from the flu.
I was thinking about what selling point would get you to buy another house. I still haven't dug no bunker in any contract as of yet. But, I'm looking forward to a bid on land mines in a hardscaping project.

That is why anyplace with zoning / building permits that require prints that the government vermin keep copies of.
A bunker doesn't need to be in a public record.

Yes I do. Maybe if you worked harder in your 20s and 30s you would have lived here with us.

Same issue has damaged Westerville Schools.
Olentangy, while excellent, has become a behemoth.
Now, folks are looking north, toward Big Walnut.
That's true but Westerville North is not influenced by the Columbus migration yet.

I'm not sure about Big Walnut their tax is not as high as UA and New Albany so the quality of their schools is questioned.

Only helps with adults. Been there, done that with kids. Small kids just don't have the timing and coordination for the butt/head placement, they either slip into the toilet or split a lip in the tub...

My business is booming and I don't know why you are so against free market capitalism. You just want to leech like the rest of them, the baby boomer who can't plan their retirement in advance and cause everyone to chip in, sad day in American.

You do know that Walmart is not allowed to operate in Upper Arlington right? That's attraction to welfare recipients. Look at Hilliard at Westpointe and at Easton.

I couldn't care less where you live, nor do I care about UA's Walmart ban. However, welfare dirt discourages my idea on their character just as much as a bad character of any sort.

I'm proud of where I live, unlike you who wouldn't even have the balls to disclose your residency. Maybe my property tax can help to solve some of your suburb's burden aka Reynoldsburg and Whitehall.
Go with Powell

If you can afford New Albany, you can afford Powell. Ignore the "McMansion" comments about Powell. All of the neighborhoods are beautiful and come in various price ranges. New Albany rests on the cusp of some pretty raunchy areas which is reflected in how many inner-city gang members hang out at Easton Town Center in the summer and in the evenings.

No gang members hang out in Powell or at Polaris Fashion Center. Powell is in Delaware County...the wealthiest county in the state with the lowest unemployment rate. All of our county and state elected officials are Republicans. Olentangy schools are the best in Ohio and some of the best in the nation. It may be a large district with 18,000 students, but it has an outstanding reputation and all of the students are receiving a top-notch college prep education. Powell is a small community. Everyone here is new since Powell only reached its huge development boom about 15 years ago. New people are very welcomed here. You may not get that in UA. Anyone who moves there, who is not from there, looks like a carpet-bagger in the eyes of the families who have lived there for generations. Sort of the same with Worthington. Not so in Dublin because of how large the city has become.

My vote is obviously Powell...and I'm even from Dublin!

It takes balls to say where I reside? LOL
Gee, I hope the location under my name don't give a clue. As I've said, I'm not impressed by where anyone says they are from, but how they conduct their household is what builds my respect.
Besides, you pronounce to be at home with your parents and in school...Grow up before you try to educate what envision it takes to live anywhere.

Powell sucks. Nicer homes but it is generally very ugly and laid out in a haphazard manner. Those large lots with tacky McMansions make for lots and lots of ugliness.
