Nothing racial about it but simply the way our brain processes someone of an out group compared to someone of our in group.
And cue people screaming I am racist.
Merely the warning is the fact that the cops are on edge and have a foe who is matched in skills and firepower with them and they are scared shitless. They will shoot first and ask questions later. So if you're a bald or close shaven head black male in California you should probably keep a low profile.

That would be the second bit of good news tonight. The first was hearing that Scott Howson FINALLY was fired an hour ago.

While I agree with regard to the current (or recent) edginess of the cops, I believe that the research has also shown that the in group/out group behavior/perception is not immutable. It tends to fade with exposure.

Further, in terms of community/working group behavior, I believe that the research shows that while homogenous groups tend to be more efficient at carrying out task, heterogeneous groups form stronger bonds and exhibit greater creativity.

Just some tidbits I picked up in some grad school class once.

This is some of the 'rewards' that those byyyytches who were involved with the Rodney King incident got for their 'duty' to beat an unarmed man nearly to death. This is the sick and disgusting institutional racism that I often mention:

"I know most of you who personally know me are in disbelief to hear from media reports that I am suspected of committing such horrendous murders and have taken drastic and shocking actions in the last couple of days. You are saying to yourself that this is completely out of character of the man you knew who always wore a smile wherever he was seen. I know I will be villified by the LAPD and the media. Unfortunately, this is a necessary evil that I do not enjoy but must partake and complete for substantial change to occur within the LAPD and reclaim my name. The department has not changed since the Rampart and Rodney King days. It has gotten worse. The consent decree should never have been lifted. The only thing that has evolved from the consent decree is those officers involved in the Rampart scandal and Rodney King incidents have since promoted to supervisor, commanders, and command staff, and executive positions." Racism is alive and active in our 'law enforcement' departments across this country,

Hell no! Because the boys in blue, for the most part, are a organized 'legal gang' that will abuse their power and authority if the public doesn't reign them in. This case is exactly why the 2nd amendment must not be abridged! That cop who was training Dorner DID kick a handcuffed suspect in the face. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind, and the L.A. crooked P.D., covered it up, fired a 'decent cop', and smeared his reputation because he had the balls to file a report on his 'training officer'.
Remember the movie 'Training Day'. Denzel played the perfect corrupted, evil dirty, f'king cop type in L.A. that I've ever seen on film. That shyt is for real out in California.

My nephew, who is a decorated combat vet with six confirmed enemy kills in Iraq and Afghanistan, is now a SWAT member with a Oakland suburb department. Before joining them, he was a deputy sheriff, Alameda county California, and he calls me like, "Unc, these m'fuckers in this place are racist as hell, but I've told 'em don't phuck with me I've shed blood for this country, so shut your phucking mouths"!

If some of you red, white, and blue flag waving drones don't think that this shyt is standard operating procedure for a lot of those pricks in blue, just type in police brutality videos on YouTube, and you'll see people getting punched, kicked, slammed, and maced WHILE HANDCUFFED! But they never get charged or convicted for rights violations or assault.

I don't condone Dorner killing innocent civilians. But if a cop's partner doesn't do anything to stop his psycho partner from acts of brutality then he/her is guilty as well; the same as a driver who waits for his partner to rob a bank, that crooked pig needs a dose of lead poisoning also. Phuck 'em!

Police Warn African-American Men to Cooperate in Search for Suspected L.A. Cop Killer
'If you're an African-American man, you could be stopped and questioned'

Lisa Fine, Staff Writer t
As the manhunt for suspected Los Angeles cop killer Christopher Dorner intensifies, a black police officers' group is warning African-American men about the increased risk of mistaken identity and 'suspect profiling,' Fox 5 San Diego reports.
The San Diego Black Police Officers Association has advised African-American men to cooperate with police.
"If you're an African-American man, you could be stopped and questioned," the group's president Sgt. Benjamin Kelso, told Fox 5. "There are many people that may look like Chris Dorner, myself included. If you are stopped and questioned, it's important to cooperate with officers."
The article said the group released a list of tips Monday for the community:
1). If you are stopped or confronted by officers, cooperate and follow instructions.
2). Do not escalate the situation by becoming argumentative, belligerent or non-compliant.
3). Once the situation has de-escalated, ask the officers for an explanation.
4). Be willing to listen to what the officer has to say. The consequences of failure to comply are high for everyone involved, citizens, and law enforcement officers included.
With a $1 million award now being offered in the search for Dorner, San Diego attorney Doug Oden told Fox 5 that more African-American men could be racially targeted by members of the public. "There may be people thinking, there's a large black man, it could be him, I could get paid, so I think that $1 million reward could be counterproductive," Oden said.

MY COMMENT: 2 women and a white man didn't get any warning from LAPD. Why are black men getting a "heads up"?
Because, jackass, unless you've have your head shoved up your who ha for the past (AT LEAST) decade or so, then you would know that the LAPD is racist and have been known to kill INNOCENT blacks. It's the LEAST they could do since they have been murdering (harassing, torturing) innocent blacks for years and years now...

Watch the movie 'Most Wanted' with Damon Wayans and John Voight. Especially the part where Wayans was on the elevator in the police dept., in disguise, with about six tall bald black guys who fit his description, wanted for the assassination of a politician. It was meant to be satirical and very funny at the time.

FINALLY!!! Someone with a lick of sense is posting on here!!
Sad things is, Wise American, the good 'ol boys that live their lives on here (pathetic losers) will just deny it, deny it, deny it - like they do everything else that "goes against" or threatens their "way of life". And I'm sure half of them have sold their first born child's soul to Satan, robbed and stole, pilfered, raped and plundered to continue their "way of life". Entitled, self-centered, selfish so-and-sos.....
