Sigh...this is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. To go to the lengths the authorities have to prove he did know the women in the pictures is retarded. First off, no one cares, as long as they're legally owned pictures, it doesn't matter.

In order to charge someone with falsification and obstruction, there needs to be a crime there to falsify. You can't arrest someone for telling you it's 2:30 when it's really 4:30.

It has to do with pandering pornography to minors. Remember, he was at a school to do a presentation and the photos automatically started to display to the students. That is a felony!!

I personally, don't have a problem with what consenting adults do with their time such as photo exchanging, but please you have the responsibility to protect those under age! It is no different in owning a gun. You can own it but you have an adult responisiblity, NO minors!

He was tripped up in the process. Convicted of perjury in a he said/he said case. When there was no underlying crime.

scooter libby was under oath, lieing under oath is a crime in and of itself even if what you are lieing about is not a crime.it is called perjury.
