What do you think those parents will recommend to the president ?
The smart ones will be for allowing unrestricted gun owneeship and sales.and requiring fire arms training for all school staff. There was a father if a girl murdered in Columbine who turned very pro gun. The insane ones will be for disarming citizens turning them from citizens into subjects.

The families of Newtown will be used as props. That's how your boy treats victims of the nightmarish incidents that have happened on his watch.
On his watch? Are you suggesting the president is responsible for Newtown?

How will forced labor of prisoners increase civilian employment?
(Everybody's wages come from the economy.)
By not paying the government workers who were doing those jobs. The people who paid the tax that paid those workers could spend the money on something else. In essence, the taxpayer is CHOOSING what to spend THEIR money on, rather then being FORCED to spend it on government for work that could be done by prisoners.

This choice to spend the tax money (which is more than the paycheck drawn by those displaced government workers, since it includes the money spent on benefits (retirement, insurance)) would create more jobs than those created by the paychecks of those displaced workers alone would. Those displaced government workers are perfectly free to compete in the civilian work world, if they're not too scared to try.

And what if a doctor isn't closeby when you need one. Would you, say, splint your own leg and walk out of the woods? Now what if you need heavy duty police help and can't get it?

Not necessarily, but he WILL take advantage of it to push an agenda.

When seconds count the police are only 30 or more minutes away eating a doughnut.

I would be interested to read the economic report that backs up your claims.

As much as GWB was responsible for 9/11.

Connecticut's gun laws are some of the toughest in the country, according to anti-gun groups, but they do not specifically ban the Bushmaster AR-15-type guns and the weapon can be easily modified to dodge other restrictions. On Bushmaster's website, the company offers to help customers make sure their assault-style rifles are "state compliant."

No, it was a dig at the lefties who cry that Bush was responsible for 9/11.
Obama's not responsible for Newtown, but he'll milk it for all it's worth...not that Bush didn't do that with 9/11, but your boy was supposed to be the anti-Bush. If anything, he's Bush on steroids when it comes to the erosion of freedom we see in this country.

He'll use them as a photo op, just like he did the parents of the four murdered in Benghazi and Chris Christy after Sandy hit.

Won't do him any good, the whole countries pretty much together on supporting the 2nd amendment.

Losing a family member to murder by gun or any other method does not automatically make you blame the gun and want them taken away. I only blame the killer.

Interesting, Spookerini. In Utah there is a town that is not requiring, but highly recommending, that all citizens own a gun and are proficient using it. Including children when they reach a certain age.

City council is getting ready to vote on it as town residents, law enforcement, etc. will be conducting classes for beginners up to expert, providing ranges, etc..

Caught the guy who brought forth the idea on TV last week and he seemed quite solid. I'd go and I'd encourage my child and mother to do the same.

He's responsible, at least in part, for the four deaths in Benghazi that occured over seven to eight hours and fully responsible for the lying and cover up. He lead on that.

No, he'll just 'use' Newtown.

Let's not forget Benghazi.

How do you propose ways to stop a killer?

By the way Seriouslady, no matter what you propose. This is only a forum, where there are people like yourself, can carry on a conversation, that isn't in left field.

You seem to know some things that can be found in the Bible. Could I ask a question, as a clue, there is a book, with this mans name. I have a question about him that most likely, you can't answer.

I may not always agree with you, but that is OK. At least you aren't some fool. TC PR

It's simple arithmetic really. There's no way to take, say,$140k (some average federal worker's pay and benefits) out of the economy, and pay the employee and the insurance company and the retirement fund (taking part of that amount out of the employee's pay, as well as "taxes"), then say that employee provides more stimulus to the economy with his, say,$55k in take-home pay than the $140k that was removed to pay him.

Smoke and mirrors.

If Al Gore had not been cheated out of a win. America wouldn't have been attacked in NYC.

Your pal, George W. Bush was either on his dead ass, in the White House, or on vacation in Crawford Texas. No wonder America got attacked. It wasn't because, he had no idea, of a coming attack on America. You are such a dingbat.
